1. Context/Background
I and My friend after completing their secondary school studies, has got an opportunity to
work in restaurant. While working in restaurant, both have planned to pursue further studies.
Ben has decided to continue his studies in hospitality management, and Moore has decided to
pursue short term course in construction. After completing their diploma and after getting
experience in respective field, both Ben and Moore has decided to establish their own food
business. Both of them has used their pocket money as a capital for establishing food van.
They had established their business at local industrial estate. The product or services which
organisation sell are hot sandwiches and burgers. Within few months, business turned out to
be successful. After completion of few years, they planed to sell their business. They have
decided to sell their food van business, as both of them have dreamed to have small guest
house. In simple words , they have dreamed to establish big restaurant and want to sell
premium quality of food items to customers. Both Ben has now planned to borrow money
from bank and family members in order to get capital for buying the guest house. With the
combine efforts of both Ben and Moore guest house has been successfully located outside
London that is Gray s. The guest house which has been successfully established consists of
six bedrooms. In addition to this, there is also reception area and small lounge which has
specially designed in order to provide guest with relaxation as well as comfort (Cloquet,
Stephen and Taylor, 2018. ). The different types of food items which are offered by
organisation are continental breakfast, seafood, etc. Monet guest house has been running
