this venture near a lake, owner wants huge amount as investment. For this, they sell
their both business which includes Monet Guest House and Monet Restaurant.
Along with this both the owner sell their respective houses. Researcher needs to
develop a business plan, in order to establish their new business ventures
effectively, within given time period and within the amount. For this both the owner
hire an investigator in order to prepare a business plan after examining all the
internal and external factors. Researcher need to conduct PESTEL analysis along
with Porter's five forces model for examining and analysing the whole market area.
