INTRODUCTION
It has been analysed and find out that a variety of health effects and medical complication
can result from tattooing as it involves breaking the skin barrier, tattooing carries inherent health
risks, including infection and allergic reactions (Juhasz and Cohen, 2021). Thus, many people
thought that some Tattoo removal become important and essentially needed if develop an
allergic reaction to the tattoo or other complications like infection along with change of mind.
Use of the laser tattoo removal technique is the safest and most effective form of the method for
getting rid of that old tattoo made up with ink that are effectively available today.
Summary
From the history, the tattoo removal has been performed and taken out through making use
of various tools even since the start of tattooing. In past and traditional time, the tattoos are
generally considered permanent but now with the help of making use of various tattoo removal
techniques it is now to remove them with fully or partially treatment. The "standard modality for
tattoo removal" is the non-invasive removal of tattoo pigments using Q-switched lasers. The
technique that has been used for tattoo removal comprises of a Q-switched lasers which release
energy in a single, powerful pulse form that are often used for the treatment of tattoo removal
(Suggs, Wang and Friedman, 2021). Further, a special type of laser that is also called as Q-
switched is also used for tattoo removal for darker skin individual in order to avoid the changing
of the skin's pigment in a permanently manner. Further, a summarisation about the working of
the lesser treatment for removal of tattoo can also be made which comprises use of a safe Lasers

high-intensity light beam. While the use and operation the Black tattoo pigment absorbs all laser
wavelengths and start making it the easiest color to have better treat. Further, the other colors are
only treated by making use of some selected lasers which tend to base upon the pigment color.

The current article and case study was posted by the Sumit Gupta which is based on a
personal interaction with a client Ananya Chaudhary who is having a tattoo removal
requirement. The reason behind the Ananya request for Tattoo removal is based on having some
painful memories related with that tattoo that was on her upper basil with use of deep ink

The main purpose and aim of writing of current case study by the SUMIT GUPTA is to
make people aware about the fact that use of laser tattoo removal is safe and have minimum
negative effects on the skin. Further, use of personal interview and experience of life are made as
research method under current case study where all the data and information has been collected
by the Sumit Gupta from one of the patient who experienced the laser tattoo removal technique.
The main finding of current study comprises of the an analysis that use of laser tattoo removal is
safe and proper precautions and safety are taken by doctors during the session of tattoo removal.
The outcome of the current study are safe and positive as it supports the sue if laser treatment fir
tattoo removal and strengths the positive and benefits of tattoo removal techniques. The only
limitation of current study was that it involves and bases on the life experience of only one

any form of newer technology to clear a tattoo and also works fast with limited time duration and
cost (Fraser and et. al., 2021).
3. Laser Tattoo Removal, Precautions, and Unwanted Effects
This case study and peer literature was written by the Eklund Y. and Troilius Rubin A,
2015 which was tend to be base on the possible precautions and unwanted effects related with
the laser tattoo removal which intend to make use of the physical properties of the photo
selective thermolysis to ensure and lead out the effective removal of the tattoo pigment. Further,
the main purpose of current literature comprises of determining the overall good results and
positive impact of the Q-switched lasers that is having relatively low degree and
level of adverse effects (Lane and et. al., 2021).
The research method of current study comprises of use of survey
strategy for which evaluation and analysis of information has been made
that is collected for patients and especially comprises of women who are
tend to make use of Cosmetic tattoos with extreme disfiguration. The results
of currents study are also positive which is reflecting the leaser tattoo
removal technique is having limited side effect and no allergic reaction in
most of the cases (Cheng and Tseng, 2021).
4. Laser Tattoo Removal: A Clinical Update
The current study was written and undertaken by the Stephanie GY Ho and Chee Leok
Goh, 2015 the main focus and purpose of which is to get better clinical update about the types of
tattoo removal along with the use of quality switch lasers technique for effectively removing the
tattoo. The main findings of the current study comprise of an analysis of the fact that Tattoos are
created by the introduction of exogenous pigment into the dermal skin layer.
Further, it has been also analysed that the quarter of young to middle age adults in US
and many other regions of world are having at least one tattoo that is reflective positive results
about the technique of removing these unwanted tattoo in more effective and efficient way. The
method that has been used within current study comprises of online survey from which data has
been collected with the help of a questionnaire (Al Hallak, Tomi and Omran, 2021). A sample
size of 157 participants has been taken in current study from whom information has been

collected with the help of questionnaire that has been mailed to them for having cost and time
efficient way of data collection. Further, it has been also analysed and find out with current study
that as the trend for tattoo acquisition increases in the young people the demand for tattoo
removal will similarly rise that makes use of leaser tattoo removal technique for useful.
5. Complications of Tattoos and Tattoo Removal: Stop and Think Before you ink
With respect to the information provided by the under the current article and literature by the
Niti Khunger, Anupama Molpariya, and Arjun Khunger it has been seen and analysed that the
tattooing leads to a permanent form of pigment and granules in the skin that can be decorative,
medical or even accidental. Further, it has been also find out and implicate from the current
article that many skin disease eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus, and morphea are also created by
Tattoo. Thus, the main purpose of current study is to make individual aware about the negative
consequences of tattooing along with emphasising in the fact that Laser tattoo removal using Q-
switched lasers are the safest (Lee, Yu and Kim, 2021).
The research approach and method that has been used within current article comprises of
use of qualitative nature of method in which all the theoretical information about the topic of
tattoo and its removal are presented in-depth and theory manner. The limitation of this research
method comprises of the fact that no numeric information and graphical presentation of
information has been provided which limit the scope and viability of facts.
6. Gaseous and Particulate Content of Laser Tattoo Removal Plume
This case study and article was oresented by Levin, Y.S., Grant, M.P., Glassford, E., Green,
B.J., Lemons, A.R. and Avram, M.M., 2021. which is reflecting and presenting information
about the increasing awareness within the people about the potential hazards of surgical plumes
that are tend to be associated with laser tattoo removal which remains uncharacterized. The main
aim and purpose of current study is to determine the gaseous, particulate, and microbiological
content of the laser tattoo removal plume. The method that has been used within current study
includes an air sampling to analysis about the tattoo removal from patient and of skin along with
this bacterial 16S ribosomal has DNA sequencing has been also performed. The main result and
finding of current study includes the fact that Ultrafine particulates are detected at the low levels
room periphery during tattoo removal from human skin but at higher levels treatment zone. HS
and CO were not detected that is showing the positive findings about use of tattoo removal
techniques (Juhasz and Cohen, 2021).

Alternative treatments
Dermabrasion technique can be taken as a good alternative in case if the laser or excision
techniques does not work for and is also less expensive as compared with the leaser treatment
and removal of tattoo is too expensive. Further, the making use of the Dermabrasion technique is
also cheaper and faster for smaller tattoos but it is also taken as much less effective than laser or
surgical treatment for removing permanent tattoo (Suggs, Wang and Friedman, 2021).
CONCLUSION
On the basis of current study, a conclusion can be made that Tattooing leads to and creates a
wide range of pigments that are currently being used in tattoo inks may also create and leads to
unforeseen health problems. Further, a summarisation is also made that to get rid of these
allergies and medical impacts many individuals are looking for technique that leads to effective
removal of tattoo. At last, a conclusion can be made that use of leaser techniques for removal of
tattoo is the safest method with limited complexation and no additional allergy.
