TBU currently determinant lives of the 15000 students, university has partnerships or associated in USA, China and mainland Europe. The TBU holds the record of maintaining only Irish university to be elite research association with the five Europe universities, three from Canada, two from Australia, three from China and seven from USA. This report includes the concept of consultancy and training literature. This report includes a brief about online learning (Orabona., 2019) and some importance. MAIN BODY Consultancy It is expert advice on the particular subject which a group or individual is paid to offer to an organization and company. Consultants are recruit to help companies to attain their goals and also solve their problems. Training is very important for growth and development of a person. The main values of the consultants contain their expert skills, influence and knowledge. Because they work with the variety of organizations, they have much deeper and broader knowledge of new business trends, new processes and technologies and industry challenges (Lawrence., 2019). Online learning Temple bar university wants to globalized reputation, so they have to move into online learning market place with their TBU online initiative. Basically, online learning is simple define as takes education over the internet. It is also called as e- learning. Internet has become important part of our lives, that is from online shopping, email and online learning. Training is major sectors that has gone by revolution due to development of internet. The trends indicate that E- learning sector have large part of training market and also has potential to grow. This trend is speed-up due to the pandemic and lock down. Estimate shows that the 96 per cent of high education institutes have to move online for lectures. So online learning is an alternative way to study from university and rather going to classrooms a learner can study at home or even they
choose by the internet (Gonzalez, and St. Louis, 2018). Many universities give these options to students, and they have good number of students. For online degree a student encounter resources like recorded lectures, discussion forums, E-books, Videos, Journal, Internet etc. Online learning allows leaders to set their learning pace, and it’s also added flexibilities to set schedule that is fits on everyone's agenda. When students are pursuing higher education then there may be chance that they have jobs or internships so online learning allows them to balance their studies and work. For this student have good time management skills, so they easily balance their work as well as studies. Even temple bar university can also provide certificate courses which to make excellent global reputation. If the university provides certificate courses through E – learning then they get more students because now learners are more focuses on learning new things and courses. Online learning required few things as compare to the traditional one. In online learning a student need laptop and good internet connection. In addition, the temple bar university should also concern learners who are unfamiliar with the online classes and offer them training to ensure that they have a great high-quality online learning experience.
