INTRODUCTION
Early learning year’s framework is considered to be of utmost level of importance
because it helps in enriching the learning of the child or toddler at a very early stage. This study
will highlight on the three interactive analysis of the video for the early learning years
framework. This study in turn tends to include complete analysis on the finger painting transcript
video, fishing connecting with the connectivity video and engaging with the babies and the
toddlers.

Educator: Draws letter “E” on the swished colour on table.
Child 1 (Boy): (swishes the letter E and start putting more colour)
Educator: Ohh! Where did the E go?
Educator to Clem: (Clem imprinting hands on paper) It is beautiful Clem. Do you want to leave
that for later and work on table.
Clem: (Nods her head)
Child 1 (Boy): Do you like it? I want more green.
Educator: Helping both Clem and the boy to take out the colours from the container.

emotional soothing of the children with better imagination and creativity skills. Finger painting is
considered to be as the excellent tactile experience which in turn eventually results in higher
optimum degree of knowledge and learning experience within the child. The key four primary
colours are the green, blue, yellow and red. The colours which in turn are considered to
complimentary to the primary colours are known as secondary colours.

The child one was very excited to swish the colours on the table. The boy was highly interactive
with the teacher and was asking her to help him with taking out the colours from the container.
The fingerprint thing has helped in developing the way his communication and language skills
within the child because of the high interaction between the teacher and the other participants in
finger painting. The educator is also trying to impart knowledge at the same time with this
creative fingerprinting activity. The educator tends to draw the letter E in order to impart of
knowledge and learning at the same time to the children. Clem Is another child who puts a hand
impression of her on the paper with the help of paint. This helps in stimulating the senses within
the child such as touch, feel, smell, sight et cetera. It helps the child in developing intellectual
skills and it also helps in strengthening the fine motor skills within the child. The educator in this
video tends to mix various set of colours which helps in increasing the knowledge within the
child associate with the primary colours. This activity helps in imparting knowledge to the
students how primary colours can be mixed well together in order to make a new
colour. Fingerprinting activity also helps interacting with the various group members and helps
in promoting social skills such as sharing of the paint pots and working together as a team. Other
than knowledge and learning it also helps in developing core values within the individual child
such as sharing, caring and working together as a team. Use of fingerprinting helps educators to
provide exploration and experimentation of paint in order to discover new colours and gain

finger painting activity which has been carried out by the educator helps the children in

development within the future. When the colour green and yellow is mix together then it forms a
new colour known as yellow- green. It helps the educators in imparting knowledge related with
the various combination of colours in order to impart high degree of knowledge and learning to
child. One of the major weakness which is mainly associated with this video is that, the major
focus is given on one child I.e., Child 1 (Boy). This in turn does not gives equal set of
opportunity to both the children in order to impart equal level of learning and support to both the
child.
