Problem Statement: In secondary schools, the student’s are in a stat of
confluence between adolescence and youth and in this stage comparativeness
and supremacy among each other are impregnated in their minds. IN the
secondary schools of Australia, on many occasions the teachers seem to adapt
to the Laissez-Faire leadership style. The have friendly attitude towards the
students, however suggesting an outlook of casualness and non involvement.
This is why bullying is prioritised in the student community that learns to
praise the superior students and dominate the weak and as an outcome a
wholesome atmosphere of bullying prevails in schools (Skrzypiec et al. 2018).
Being bullied have serious implications towards their future.

Problem Statement: Women Empowerment in Australia is a
reality today. The disparity among sexes have mostly been
practised in Australia on social grounds. There have been
biasness in Australia between men and women regarding
payment in various working sectors, allowances and so on. The
purchasing power in Australia was chiefly reserved in the hands
on males up to 1960s. The wages that were offered to women in
various sectors like retail, hospitality and others were
comparatively lesser than men (Hemphill et al. 2015). They were
supposed to be physically inferior and lacking of the capacity to
make workplace decisions. However, active participation of
women have increased in various working sectors now-a-days
and we can truly comment that we exist in a world of gender
equality.

who are being punished and disgraced by teachers attempt the same
upon weaker students.
