INTRODUCTIONLanguage is an essential part of any learning that led the learner to access the variousacademic texts and understand them effectively ion order to enhance their knowledge. So it isvital that the teachers or lecturer have command over their language, interpersonalcommunication skill as well as literacy development (Elfers and Stritikus, 2014). As the mostdiverse group within Australia is of children and it is not necessary that all of them havecommand over the similar language that is English. Thus, the teachers plays abundant role wherethey make immense effort to develop the literacy and language of diverse learner. This reportcover topics like contemporary approaches used for teaching language, literacy as well ascommunication for diverse learner. Determine the teaching strategies which are required tosupport the children's cultural language. Further, determine the importance of diverse learner onthe language learning of all children are covered in this report. MAIN BODYContemporary approaches for the communication and learning for diverse learnerInitially, it was not possible for the learner as well as educator to offer the different waysby which they can generate the different methods or best possible manner to extend theinteraction with global communities as well. But in the 21st century contemporary approach isused where with the help of technology the children can enhance their language and learningability effectively. As the contemporary society is embedded with global engagement as well asinternational interdependency so technology offers the base on the basis of which communitiescan access or exploit their knowledge effectively. Thus, advancement of Information andcommunication technology has even significantly changed the education system of Australia andmany others countries (Fang, 2014). Hence, some of the contemporary approaches are definedbelow:Active learning: This is an interesting approach that is used by the teacher to reach outdifferent students of the classroom. These activity include the games, simulation, drama sessionas well as partner work. It offer the great opportunity where everyone collaborate with each othereffectively and make effort to understand one another successfully. Application of such strategyengages the children and help them to understand the language by concentrating the instructions
