INTRODUCTIONThe leading learning is a process that is used by the teachers and leaders of organizationto work in collaboration in order to implement change in improvement of learner. This is processof learner improvement and change implementation is based on the data that collected byteachers and leaders through evidence informed inquiry. There are different strategies can beused to improve the leadership of individual person for future perspective. These strategies arebased on the particular requirements that are important to stay successful in the future. For betterfuture it is important to learn how to lead organization and make different changes in order towork for efficient result. There are various strategies can be used to improve the leadership ofindividual. Various concepts of education policy practices and knowledge co-construction willbe used to provide meaning to the leading learning. There are various assumptions of leadinglearning that are made by a leader or teacher which have different impact on their skills andqualities. Different type of knowledge a person should have and how this education orknowledge can guide leader to lead the organization the future. This report will be explainingabout the enhancement that required in individual person to lead the organization in the future 10years.TASKThere are different capabilities a person have and these capabilities are associated withtheir personal leadership skills. But assumptions related to personal skills can affect the workingof individual in the organization. Do various strategies and methods can be used to keep a personstay focused on the topic leading learning.The beliefs which are made by the person and assumptions pretend by them can affect inboth positive and negative manner (Olson and et.al., 2018). Some assumptions and beliefs canhelp them to lead the organization in the effective way and some of them create barrier in theway of leading the organization. The assumptions of leader for present time and future abouttheir skills are crucial in the process. There are some assumptions that can help the leader to leadthe organization in the effective way and these assumptions are-Delicate Power in PeopleThis is one of the best assumption of good leader because they thinkthat anyone can become good leader. In the individual working they lead themselves, so theymight not have experience of leading other, but they consist of ability to lead other in typicalconditions.
