Reflective essay I choose history as the subject matter for the lesson plan. The reason for choosing history as a subject is that it is important for every individual to know about their history. I included many important concepts related to the history of Egyptians. History is an important subject which should be taught to each and every student. It is the responsibility of teachers to provide accurate information and facts and figures related to history. History is segmented into three important parts which include ancient, medieval and modern history. It found that studying history subjects helps to understand the events which occurred in the past. With the help of lessons from history, we are not only learning about ourselves but also able to develop the ability to avoid mistakes. In addition to this, we are also able to create better parts for our society. It is important to know that the lesson plan produced by me was focusing on understanding the importance of history. From the lessons, it was found that the ancient Egyptians were one of the first civilizations that formed in the ancient world. There are many reasons to choose this subject in the lesson plan such as found that Egyptians have influenced us in many ways. It is identified that the Egyptians have influenced us in our writing, maths, invention, sports, religion, medicine and music. It is found in the history of Egyptians that deliverable to build massive monuments, temples and pyramids. It is identified that few of the architectural skills of Egyptians are still used in today's time period. It found that they built huge terms known as pyramids. They were very master in their structure (Rezk and et.al., 2020). It is important to know that ancient history is very important to understand by the students and that's why this topic I chose for preparing a lesson plan. I always focused on the materials which are used in the delivery of the lesson. I know the importance of the material used in order to deliver the lesson plan. There are many materials and tools which I used to deliver the topic to the students so that they can understand it in an effective way. I use storytelling, artefacts, etc. in order to deliver the lesson plan. I also used many images of ancient history so that students are able to understand the topics which I discussed in the classroom. I know that a lesson plan is very important because it is a structure which helps me to deliver the lesson in the classroom. The lesson plan guides me on how to deliver the topic in the classroom so that each and every student can understand it effectively (Iqbal, Siddiqie and Mazid, 2021). I designed the sequence of the slides in an effective way according to the learning outcomes so that a student is able to understand the whole topic effectively. I also focused on

the requirements of the national curriculum so that the peoples are able to gain coherent knowledge and also understand the past of Britain. For that purpose, I also used questions asked in the classroom so that peoples are able to understand the complexity of people's lives. In addition to this, students are able to know the process of change and the relationship between different groups (Ojukwu, 2021). They will get knowledge about the past challenges of ancient times which is necessary. The overall experience I can say was very good because I found many threads and opportunities during the preparation of the lesson plan. I found that it is very helpful for me to develop some skills which are necessary for the future growth of my career. The lesson plan was designed for primary education at Roehampton University in England (Sugianto, 2020). It was delivered to KS2 class which includes nine and 12 years old pupils. I learned many important knowledge and skills during the lesson plan which will be very useful in future practice. When I formulate lesson plans then I got to know about the different learning requirements of the students. I learnt that every student is not similar to the other one as their requirement is different from each other. It is very important to understand that every students has their own way to learn the topics. For example, when I made lesson plan then I got to know that some of the students are not learn from the book as they like to learn with the examples and use of graphics. So that’s why it was very important for me to understand the learning styles of all individuals (Rahayu and et.al., 2021). I learnt about the theories and models related to the learning styles and I found that it will be very helpful for me to work on lesson plans. I learnt many important skills which I found that I was not understand that. One of the important skills which I learned is communication skills. I already know that communication is important but more than that it is necessary to be effective communication. Effective communication include the importance of two way communication process in which students are also share their opinions to the teachers that they will understand the topic or not. In addition to this, I also learnt about time management skills. Time management is necessary in each and every field (Xie and et.al., 2021). It is important for the students to understand that time management is crucial because without management of time an individual is not able to achieve the goals and objectives (PLAN, 2021). I found that time management is very crucial because it will helps in my future practice. With the help of time management, I will be able
to deliver the lesson plan on time and also able to achieve the individual learning goals and objectives.
