The main aim that has been posse by me being a nursery teacher is that making
significance in learning possible. Various role has been taken by me in order to make learning
experience of my students to be more impactful. In this information communication technology
has helped me in functioning in proper manner. Responsibilities are also there that has to be
faced by me and has helped me in achieving learning objectives that has been made by me.
Various cycles has been followed by me to make learning process more conferable. Second stage
is plaining that has helped me in doing identification of needs that has been possessed as per
learning styles. Third stage is facilitating that has helped in making teaching help learners
understand its learning style. Fourth stage is that regularity is maintained and progress has been
monitored. The last, stage is evaluating learning this can be carried out at any time and used to
constantly review the effectiveness of the other stages. Also I have set good example by being a
role model for my learners.
