1.1-Explain key aims of education and training in own specialist area
The main aim that has been posse by me being a nursery teacher is that making
significance in learning possible. Various role has been taken by me in order to make learning
experience of my students to be more impactful. In this information communication technology
has helped me in functioning in proper manner. Responsibilities are also there that has to be
faced by me and has helped me in achieving learning objectives that has been made by me.
Various cycles has been followed by me to make learning process more conferable. Second stage
is plaining that has helped me in doing identification of needs that has been possessed as per
learning styles. Third stage is facilitating that has helped in making teaching help learners
understand its learning style. Fourth stage is that regularity is maintained and progress has been
monitored. The last, stage is evaluating learning this can be carried out at any time and used to
constantly review the effectiveness of the other stages. Also I have set good example by being a
role model for my learners.
1.2- Analyse philosophical issues relating to education and training in own specialist area
Education in majority of schools are same and is based over day to day activities with
classroom experiences. Also innovation or programs has helped in marking out various issues
that are related to education. Philosophy of education is based on various kinds of statements that
has been presented in order to bring out values and understanding that has been presented by an
philosopher regarding education. One of the most important aim of education is to create balance
and development of individuals. Education may be considered vocational in the sense of
preparing young people for their calling in life, in all its dimensions, so that what is taught will
give serious structure and direction to their journey.
2.1- Describe the aims and structure of key qualifications in own specialist area
In my nursery I have followed early years foundation stage that has been dealing with
curriculum which has been designed for children that were between half to six years. It is
required to follow in order to get better and more effective results during inspection. My main

focus is over three areas of foundation stages that is personal, social and emotion development
with communication and language with physical development. Under this children who are form
22-36 months requires more focus and for this purpose only PSED has been developed. This has
been proved to be very helpful in making my teaching to be more effective. Teaching in nursery
requires more attention because small children can easily be influenced over wrong things. That
is why it is very important to develop and give them right direction with perfect vision. The child
should be “secure” in each of the areas by the end of three terms which means that the child is
achieving majority of the aims in that area and is able to show that through play.

Identifying needs of learners teacher are required to make sure that each individual is
unique in nature and also has personal way of understanding things. This makes learners learning
needs, future goals, learning style and additional needs have to be fulfilled. Every learners should
be given chance to learn whole syllabus, opportunities and lessons through support and
alterations as per the learning style that has been adopted by them. Also it makes goals, future
ambitions and dreams for gaining of organizational policies. Teacher is required to make sure
that research has been done by them so as to seek the criteria that has been awarding in an
organization. Research is based on SMART which stands for specific, measurable, achievable,
relevant and time. This makes learning objectives to be achieved. Then individual learning plan
has to be developed to meet individuals goals and plan of action.

The teacher has to likewise uphold internal requirements of organization has to make sure

to give an mutual consent that has been signed by the student whose information is being used. It
has been make sure by me that policies and procedures is required to be set up. Various policies
has made instance over confidential policies that is required to share over making learners
healthy and safety to be measured. It is refereed by me that special educational needs has to
analysed by SENCO that helps in creating of general data protection regulation policy. I have set

out longer and needs more support that has to be given by him top achieve goals that has been
set.

In order to teach accordance to job, role it is has to be make sure that organizational
policies has been followed. This has been setting certain criteria that has been helping an
individual which makes staying of profession in respectful and truthful manner within an
organization. Legislation that is required to be followed over policies and regulations of ones
organization and such policies helps in maintaining of safety standards of the learner. It has been
told by her that these policies has been dealing with equality and diversity by informing about
health and safety. Under my practice I have abided policies and procedures that makes policies
and producers by nursery which has been safeguarding policies for making safeguard form
abusing, harm threats and hazards. Another one is confidential policy that makes personal
information to be protected.

Teaching has to be signified to make sure that needs are considered like learning
preferences and methods suitable that has helped them in dealing with learning disabilities.
Learners are required to take into consideration planning and developing with delivering
assistance. Learners has to use various materials to make this process completed like notes,
presentation and diagrams to strengthen their learning. During my practice I have made sure that
all activities and learnings is being done in front of children to make them understanding topics
with both practical and theoretical manner. Also a cycle has been followed by me that helped my
students to bring out there skills of various kind that exists within them. This cycle has made me
cover my daily faults and has provided me a framework which has made my students develop
themselves in various academic activities.

Resources are one of the most important thing that has helped a learner in making sure
that all sessions that has been attended by him has made him gained useful information. Various
important things during the lectures, presentations and verbal explanation has been highlighted
by him. Such resources are formed over making individuals learning experiences of offering
immense support by creating perfect environment for it. Lot of advantages has been able to
create motivation in students to gain success. Portable resources has also played an important
role in conveying of struggle that has made immense explanation over study materials. Various
other kind of electronic media has helped me in gaining sustainability by conveying of messages
and information related to business. As mainly in my nursery various important information has
been conveyed by using these resources. Certain unique method has helped me in gaining
various methods which has made experience of my teaching to be more enhanced. All resources
has helped me in making learning to be fun and amazing for my students.

Planning has been used to generate various kinds of learning needs that has met individual
to make sure that learning is developed in proper manner. It is the duty of learner to visualise that
what makes them gain more success that is through verbal or written. Different preferences are
there of various learners that is dependent upon their ability to analyse various things related to
their learning experiences. This can be understood in a way that various kinds of problems is
faced by a learner that can be solved through making analysis of learning objectives and ways to
achieve them. As this makes ease in making things understand in better manner by reducing
obstacles that has been created in path of learning. A teacher is required to be motivated in order
to make students attain interest over the subject that has been taught. Also this is going to make
them gain higher ambition. has teacher who develops ambitions in students is always going to
develop various kinds of abilities within the that is going to make students try new things and
learn out of it. All this is going to frame new learning experiences and ways of gaining more
effective outcomes.
5.1- Liaise with others within a specialist area to develop own practice.
This has made implementation of collaboration that has which has helped in making goals
to be achieved by an individual. Organization that works with coordination has been influencing

various professions like teaching and education. Various activities that has been working with
collaboration has been helping in developing professionals which has helped in improving
education across education sector. Teaching assistance is required for developing of
responsibility that has been helping in making learning possible. This has been helping in
guiding and monitoring of support that has been making which makes learner to gain support.
Also it is helpful in collecting feedback to teacher over certain learners. Also teacher can
coordinate with other professors that is going to help in making design of framework for studies
in much easy manner. This makes discussion between teachers possible over various aspects that
are taking advice, generating feedback regarding students and also discuss about any problem
related to safeguards concerns related to identify of staff.
5.2- Review the impact of liaison with other teachers and trainers within own specialist area on

Role of teacher is very much important and full of challenges in a way that making
students understand and helping them in making understand various things relating to
perspective of teaching. Assistance in teaching is responsible for making limited instance that
has been supporting the process of learning and also has been developing strategies over the
feedback that has been generated about a learner. Each professionals in this profession has their
own responsibility and roles that has to be performed by them in order to make sure that secured
means has been used in teaching. Also the process of learning should be made more fun and
interesting for small kinds to make this happen innovative thinking should be developed within
teachers for which they are required to hold meeting through digital media. As the process begins
ethical code of conduct should be kept in mind that is going help in maintaining decorum.
Learner is going to developing interest over policies and making them attain better results
from teaching. Lot of work has to be done to make sure that learners are required to observe the
conduct and check that screening is done in perfect manner. Everyone related to conducting
lecture must follow professional code of conduct.
6.2- Identify own strengths and areas for improvement in relation to practice in a specialist area.
Strength that has been developed in me as a nursery teacher is that I have learned about
carrying a good reflection that makes learners learnt about various kinds of activities that has
been reflecting in my style of teaching throughout the process. Students that has taken my classes
has been able to develop themselves in much faster manner. Also they have developed various

skills within them which has made them developed belief within themselves to achieve success.
Also there parents are happy form the results that has been generated out of my studying pattern.
My major strength was innovative techniques that I have used for transferring information,

Things that has to be improved in my teaching style is that I have to pay more focus on
managing time for making smooth run possible and also I have offered sessions with more
confidence and relative material. Also more transparency should be there between me an my
students to make communication more effective and has also has rushed to keep frame more
appropriate. Also applying of various techniques has to be made for making short sessions look
more effective which can make revision to be conducted in better manner of students. It has to be
made sure that everything is going as per plan and schedule to complete task in given time
period.
