INTRODUCTIONLearning is important for the people because it help in improving their skills andknowledge for getting desired goals and targets. In an organisation, manager duty andresponsibility is to conduct training and development programmes for their employees toimprove their learning style (Simonson, Smaldino and Zvacek, 2014). The education is necessaryfor an individual because it assist in given excellent knowledge and ability which build upconfidence and take correct decision. This will assist in developing and formulating abilities andcapabilities for present the accurate views and opinions. This will help in keeping active andhealthy for long time period. By learning, an individual can think better for achieving desiredtargets and goals in proper manner. Learning help in increasing productivity and effectivenessfor a person. In this report, analysis of roles and responsibilities in training and education anddifferent factors of legislation, regulatory and requirements are discussed. TASK 1Covered in PPTTASK 22.1 Important to identify and meet the individual requirementsAll the students must feel that they are equally and positively accepted and valued foridentified the team efforts and judge without any biasses. An individual must think that group arebelong to different categorise such as caste, age and gender (Kirkwood and Price, 2013). After identify allsuch needs of an individual by using continuous learning programmes and analyse individualsession. Initial and diagnostic appraisal method begin from first application and also docontinuous assessment in proper manner. SMART goals and targets are managed for achievingin such given timescale which provides desired objectives for the learners. These type of goalshas been achieve by learner which can develop and progress their own place (Falchikov, 2013). The role of formal assessment in this procedure is to determining the suitability oflearners in the described topic. Initial assessment method and techniques help in acquiring preknowledge and skill and allows the teacher which are able for using this information that meansof selection. Generally, diagnostic project tests are undertaken for giving the teachers tounderstand all levels of learners for doing working. For example, as a teacher I need to identify the role of my student and analyse in whichsubject he/she weak so there is need to providing effective knowledge and skills for meeting withall requirements of learning needs by learners. When I am giving tuition to my student at UKcountry where I am understand and evaluate that using of initial and diagnostic project isessential for student for learning because this will help in meeting person learning needs inproper manner. 2.3 Initial methods and diagnostic assessment to agree individual learning goals with learnerInitial method need to promote higher forms of thinking in educational activities andfunctions such as analysing and evaluating the facts and figures. It is also summarised asKnowledge, skills and attitude. In this context, cognitive teaching approach is suitable for alllearners and it help in promoting an individual and collaborative learning, practical, research,discussion, peer teaching which assist in meet the learners demand and needs. The learners fullyinvolved for applied certain knowledge for processing their intelligence ability. For effective learning, an individual needto make proper action plan and required to follow such plan in appropriate manner (Race,2014). ILP- It is stands for Individual Learning Programmes. This is used for making specificstrategies of learning and education which takes into consideration for analysing strengthand weaknesses of a person. IT based- Most of the learner used online based learning by which they easily getaccurate answer of any question. So they can learn different information with the help ofeffective learning method (Kirkwood and Price, 2014).
