INTRODUCTIONTeaching and learning have their own importance in every personal individual life. Thepresent report aim is to provide deep knowledge related to teaching and learning in a student life.To achieve future goals and objectives, an individual or student has a knowledge related to theirsubject. Report identify and meet the individual needs of learner and analyse the role and use ofinitial and diagnostic assessment for individual learning goals. Further it describe the importanceof appropriate behaviour and the ways to promote the equality and value the diversity. Reportpresent the effectiveness of teaching and learning approaches which is used in order to meet theneeds of an individual and also analyse the effectiveness of resources as well as benefits ofcommunication methods and media. Study also present different learning and teachingapproaches which help to meet individual needs and describe the purpose and assessment whichis used in education and training with their effectiveness. Report further analyse the ways of minimum core elements which are used todemonstrate in planning, delivering and assessing teaching. Report also describe the roles andresponsibility of ant all over with the companies choices. teacher and different codes of practiceas well as legal requirements that help to relate own roles. Report also shows the relationshipwith teacher with other professional roles by showing the internal as well as externalrequirements. In addition to this the study describe the effectiveness of own practice in planning,delivery and assessing the methods of teaching and learning. TASK 11.1 Explaining why it is important to identify and meet individual needsAccording to Liu, Song and Miao (2018) every teacher has to believe and understand thatall the learner or student should acquire equal hopes and must follow the aspirations from theirlearning. For this reason teacher has to identify as well as meet the individual learner which helpthem to achieve best quality because in a classroom, each student come with their emotional,behavioural and social challenges. But it is up to a teacher to identify their weakness and thenapply measure in order to overcome such problem and then acquire education without anybarriers. After it they should develop talent and remove all negativity in a classroom and createsa some amount of interest among all student so that it will help them to enjoy their education. 1

As per the views of Elbaz (2018) planning classroom activities is another personal needswhich a teacher has to meet because it is a simplest key which help a teacher to understand thenature of a student. This is a way which help all student to keep interacting with each other andin short each activity targets the needs of specific students at the end. Another way for a teacherto organize the classroom which help to identify the characteristics of each learner. Such that if astudent has a visual difficulty then teacher can sit them near a blackboard in order t understandthe thing easily. 1.2 Role and use of initial and diagnostic assessment in agreeing individual learning goalsAs per Kaufman (2018) states that in initial assessment which provide the basis to astudent in order to begin their studied. Hence it is quite important for a teacher to analyse theneeds of their student which is an imperative part of the process of agreeing individual learninggoals. This can be done by using variety of questionnaires, activities and one to one assessmentmethods that help a teacher to analyse the stage of an individual learning and then set a goals.On the other side, diagnostic assessment are basically related to some specific skills whichprovide a base line to a teachers with some specific knowledge to determine the individual'sstrength and weakness. This information is further help a teacher to take better action as per thesituation required for a student. TASK 22.1 Presenting why it is important to promote appropriate behaviour and respect for otherAccording to Donohoo (2018) it is necessary for a teacher to promote an appropriatebehaviour and respect for other such that if a teacher is getting through a lesson without anydisruption is actually possible when students or learners are disengaged with a program. Even itis also proved that younger students could behave better than a group of adults and for a goodteacher to re- engage a group again. Generally behaviour can diminishes when a student fail tocope up with rules and the best example for this is to rang a mobile phone during a classroom.Therefore, behaviours should be promoted in the classroom while a session of lesson is carriedout.Briggs (2018) stated that teachers are only responsible for their own behaviour as well asrespect in a classes. Double standard can be occur if a teacher is distracted by their own mobilephones. For a teacher, being a good listener, not to be overly judgemental, treat each learner as2

an individual, providing a better or fair chance to every student and value student opinion andtheir point of view is consider can be creates a respect among them. Teacher also need toremember that many students have no interest in some subject but on the other side they musthave a power so that they may inspire those individual and provide them new career path fortheir grooming. 2.2 Presenting the ways to promote equality and value diversityAs per the views of Hughes and Donnelly (2018) equality and diversity help to know thestudents so that through proper communication with students teachers will easily establishrespect among them. Promoting equality is the biggest priority for the teachers because it willhelp them to lead and achieve the goals for students future development. Best communication ishelpful for the students to promote the equality and value of diversity. Being an inclusive isanother method which help to promote equality as well as diversity. In order to raise or promotethe equality and diversity, teachers has to share their own ideas as well as point of view so that itwill help to create better opportunities in order to changes student or learner mental health.Promoting equality and valuing diversity is helpful to create better environment for a classroom.Teachers can also conducting new activities in order to keep involve their students in aclassroom which further help to promote equality and value the diversity. TASK 33.1 Analysing the effectiveness of teaching and learning approachesAs per the Stronge (2018) teaching and learning approaches are important for the betterfuture of the students. Learning is not a simple phenomenon like a teaching but it is an evidenceto support which is quite complex and contested. By using learning model such as cognitive inwhich teacher have an idea about learning that are informed by their learning or by theories andmodels. Even an inclusive learning theory is helpful for a teacher to meet the specifies needs oftheir students. Author also stated that inclusion is seen to be involve to identify the needs andminimizing the barriers to learning as well as participating. Teaching and learning approachesare primary method which is used by a teacher for their students in order to decide the learnersare in their learning and how best they do for their future development. 3
