knowledge. As per the feedback or suggestion of Professional, I should develop my own
teaching practices.
I believe that , it is necessary for teacher to provide effective and suitable feedback on
regular interval to students. As this factor has direct effect on performance of learner. It will
help learners in improving their performance and enhancing their learning capacity. As per
various theories, models, assessment and Evaluation, I believe that I need to develop my focus
on recognising the need of students and fulfilling the same.
