INTRODUCTION
Developing teaching learning and assessment in education and training is the aspect which
helps in analysing the teaching and learning practices and methods.
Thus, the presentation will analyse pedagogical principles in the study planning and
organizational skills for understanding many things by performing the role of a teacher. Further, use of
creative and innovative approaches in study planning and organizational skills will be known and
understood along with its explanation. The lesson plan will also be framed which will depict the
activity being undertaken with the learners.

About the topic chosen
Study Planning and Organizational skills is the area of specialism which is being chosen with the
development of teaching learning and development. Study planning and organizational skills helps in
developing the aspects of how the teaching process is done in an effective manner. It is very important
that there is proper study planning and different organizational skills which helps in understanding that
how effectively and in appropriate manner the organizational skills are developed while teaching and
making the learners learn about the topic.

1.1 Application of pedagogical principles in own area of specialism
Pedagogy is the method and practices of a teacher and it helps in analysing that how the teachers are
approaching in their teaching style. It also means that how the teachers are delivering the curriculum in
the class. There are two types of pedagogical principles which are mentioned and are creating value
within the process of teaching and these principles are - didactic, instructional principles. Apart from
these, there are some major principles which are helping to create value of how effectively and in
appropriate manner the teaching is being done.

Different types of pedagogical principles are mentioned as –
 Concepts of Specialist Knowledge – It is very important that the teachers are able to gain the
specialist knowledge of how they are planning their daily teaching material and are teaching the
learners effectively and appropriately. The specialist knowledge towards the different subjects is
very necessary so that the teachers are able to create value of how the teaching is being provided to
the learners. There is specialist knowledge which is required by the teacher to analyze that the
teaching is done in appropriate manner.
 Experiential learning – It is the philosophy in which teachers engage the learners in direct
experience and focused reflection and this is done in order to increase knowledge, clarify values
and develop skills. With the help of this learning the teaching is being done in appropriate manner
which helps in addressing that how effectively the knowledge of learners in increased which helps
in clarifying value. With the help of this learning, the teachers are able to provide understanding
and knowledge of how the study planning is being done.

1.2 Evaluating the effectiveness of use of creative and innovative approaches in the own
area of specialism
Creative approaches are concerned with holistic focusing upon the learning which is to become part of
the community which is professional which involves the dimensions of knowledge, identity formation
and performance. The teachers are involving the process through which there are concerns which are
related to the process of creatively approaching towards the framework of making the learners engage
in the process of learning in an effective and efficient for the study planning and organizational skills
development. Innovative approaches are the approaches which are concerned with the approaches
being used or the process of learning and providing the learners learning. Teachers use different
teaching methods which is depending on the nature of the subjects, available facilities in the classroom.

With the help of these approaches which are being addressed study planning and
organizational skills are created and managed effectively by the teachers. The innovative methods in
teaching are being used for study planning and organizational skills being developed at large scale.
This helped in analyzing that how the teaching process is being done in an effective manner. With the
help of these methods of innovative teaching, the study planning and organizational skills are
developed.

Therefore, with the help of this lesson plan being framed, there are aspects as to how
effectively and in appropriate manner there are concerns which are related to gaining the consideration
at large scale. The teachers are able to provide guidance and learning to the learners so that they are
able to analyse and create value for how effectively they are studying and are understanding what the
teacher is teaching them.

CONCLUSION
Thus, it is concluded from the above presentation that analysis of pedagogical principles in
the study planning and organizational skills was being analysed and this helped in understanding many
things by performing the role of a teacher. Further, use of creative and innovative approaches in study
planning and organizational skills was being known and understood along with its explanation. The
lesson plan was also being framed which depicted the activity which was being undertaken with the
learners.
