how effectively and in appropriate manner the organizational skills are developed while teaching and

1.1 Application of pedagogical principles in own area of specialism
Pedagogy is the method and practices of a teacher and it helps in analysing that how the teachers are
approaching in their teaching style. It also means that how the teachers are delivering the curriculum in
the class. There are two types of pedagogical principles which are mentioned and are creating value
within the process of teaching and these principles are - didactic, instructional principles. Apart from
these, there are some major principles which are helping to create value of how effectively and in

Different types of pedagogical principles are mentioned as –
Concepts of Specialist Knowledge – It is very important that the teachers are able to gain the
specialist knowledge of how they are planning their daily teaching material and are teaching the
learners effectively and appropriately. The specialist knowledge towards the different subjects is
very necessary so that the teachers are able to create value of how the teaching is being provided to
the learners. There is specialist knowledge which is required by the teacher to analyze that the
teaching is done in appropriate manner.
Experiential learning – It is the philosophy in which teachers engage the learners in direct
experience and focused reflection and this is done in order to increase knowledge, clarify values
and develop skills. With the help of this learning the teaching is being done in appropriate manner
which helps in addressing that how effectively the knowledge of learners in increased which helps
in clarifying value. With the help of this learning, the teachers are able to provide understanding
and knowledge of how the study planning is being done.
