time taking for some learners as diagnostic and initial assessment section like quizzes and
performance tasks that require to be modify and adjusted as per to learners about their cultural
background and skills. It follows the negative aspect of teaching and training that are presenting
in the learners feedback that are not being capable manage clearly in well effective action plan
because of the time taking planning and as well as teaching.

In relation of teaching in field of personal education area, the positive aspect is related
with the individuals in which feedback is termed to using of data and communication techniques
that will support the learners to communicate with each other and communicate to attain learning
objectives in a suitable way. On the other hand, it covers positive aspect of assessment as per to
the student's feedback is important for assessment that are inclusive in aspect that support each
student to attain their individual learning requirements at the time of accommodating global
learning outcomes.
8.2 Identification of areas of improvement
The primary field of enhancement in relation to individual teaching and learning in
certain educational area is to enhance time management with 1-2 years in the framework of time
by which learners will be rapidly accommodate their targets and aims (Zhang, and et.al., 2021).
By this they will also have time to discuss and identify the time to identify and follow by on their
individuals learners requirements. It cover several sort of the areas of improvement that are
skills, qualities or abilities that an employee could develop or enhance. Areas of improvement
could include time management, delegation, organization, communication and engagement. It
also involves such sort of the skills and abilities that are those that students use daily at work. By
this they will also have time to discuss and identify the time to identify and follow by on their
individuals learners requirements. As there is also the field of developing effective dealings with
another professionals and students by which their requirements are effectively identified and
concentrates on attaining individuals strengths and development. It can be attained by enhancing
coordinating and team work with diverse professionals as with enhancing interpersonal abilities
to connect with learners who are communicating by digital techniques or physically after
attending classes.
CONCLUSION
From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, teaching and assessing
students will include section of diverse actions as with coordinating with another professionals
by which students can gain exceptional standardise education. By developing dealing with other
professionals by using of reality and inclusive educational approaches it will be essential for
making sure that every learner is capable to select suitable outcome from the education. By
directing, planning, teaching, learning and as well as training relates to the learners and making

sure that students requires to determine by adapting suitable approaches like initial and
diagnostic assessment tools to make sure that every learner is capable to make enhancement and
develop in the manner of skills and knowledge education. As it is also essential to present it on
online teaching in respect to make continuous enhancement in an effective and efficient manner.
