INTRODUCTION It is been observed that the teaching is the most challenging profession where there is the requirement of the lot of efforts and the upgradation from time to time. This is the profession where the professor needs to be updates and requires the utmost knowledge in the specific field. There are various responsibilities of the teacher in order to make understand the topic to the student. It is the profession where there is the continuous learning of the student and professor.(Scott, 2020).This report will include roles and responsibilities of the teacher,2 Legislative requirements, relationship and boundaries between teaching role and other professional role, points of referral to meet needs of learners and at last individual learning goal formation. MAIN BODY TASK A 1.1Analysis of own roles and responsibilities in education and training There are three stages defined in the teaching process where the role of the teaching includes the planning session within the classroom and involving the students in the discussion part. The various stages are discussed below: It is observed that at the first stage of the teaching cycle is that the professor needs to create the equity minded instructions so that the teacher is able to meet the desires and the needs of students. Another important aspect is to analyse the needs and involve the student in the concept. The teacher is responsible for collecting the material which can be benefitted for the student in understanding the concept of the subject.The advantage of roles and tasks in the first stage of the teaching cycle is that it supports fulfilling need of every student. The drawback of roles and responsibilities in this stage is that it is time consuming at times. (Bretag, T., and et.al., 2019) The second stage of the teaching cycle describes as the teacher need to implement on the planned curriculum within the limited time period and giving the right instructions to the students within the classroom. This has an advantage for the teacher that the planned material can give the advantage to the student and the professor both.stage while disadvantages that the student responsibilities can make teaching rigid and reduce student engagement. In the third stage the roles and the responsibility of the teacher is that the teacher needs to evaluate the student at every level by conducting the various assessments. This will enhance in the success of the individual. This is the benefited to the student for the personal development and growth and the disadvantage can be the possibility of the education repetitive and mind- numbing for the students because as the continuous assessment can be stressful for the students. (David., Penaluna, McCallum, and Usei, 2018) 1.2 Legislative requirements and codes of practice related to own roles and responsibilities It is very important for the teacher to provide the legislative requirement in order to provide a suitable environment for the students for completing their education. The health and safety act, 1974 is analysed as the essential educational requirement which makes ensure
of the safety measures within the institution. It is very important to have the safety measures and being conducted the physical and mental heath of the student.The Data Protection Act, 2018 states compliance from educational institution. This is achieved by students where the institutions focus on collecting the personal information of the individual in the case of the emergency which is stored by the administration department. (Metzler, 2017). 1.3 Analysis of relationship and boundaries between teaching role and other professional role It is very essential for the student and the teacher to build a strong relationship in order to have a better understanding of the subject matter. This is essential to maintain the healthy relationship and create boundaries with the professionals so that the exceptional quality of the teaching can be delivered to the individual and understanding the need to the individual at the time of learning. It is been analysed that the one of the most effective ways that the individual can build the relationship with the professionals by the effective communication. The sharing of the experiences also matters a lot in building the relationship. The best way of setting limitations with other professionals in teaching still create clear structures regarding personal boundaries and professional communications. Delegating responsibilities appropriately as per the limitations of the role is another effective way of setting boundaries. 1.4 Description of points of referral to meet needs of learners This is explained as the process which assists the teacher to provide with the extra effort and support for the students so that they can achieve better in the academics the various form of the digital and the material which is provided by the teacher helps the students to take the note of it and understand after the classroom. This helps to students to prepare themselves for the exam after wards and better knowledge. Also, the other sources help the individual in understanding the concept and improve their learning from the various material which is provided by the teacher. (Resing, 2020). 2.2 Initial and diagnostic in individual learning goal formation Initial and diagnostic assessment techniques assist the teacher in understanding the efficiency level of the student in the specific filed. This also helps the teacher to find out the weak areas of the individual which need to be improved. The best example of the testing the effectiveness of the student is the numeracy and the literacy tests which can help in determining that whether the planned things is working on the right direction or not. CONCLUSION From the above report it is concluded that the teaching is not the easy concept and it requires the various activities which needed to be fulfilled by the teacher. This includes the knowledge of the subject and also the intuition should be aware about the different legislative for the health and safety of the students. It is also analyzed that there are different roles and responsibility of the teacher in respect of making understand the subject matter to the students.
