Analysis of own roles and responsibilities in education and training
A Teaching cycle basically involves the three stages that includes the teaching faculty
candidates that involves a learning process and also engaging in the in depth process of the co
reflection. The teaching cycle basically involves the planning and teaching and assisting with
completion of the responsibilities and roles(Makransky, Borre‐Gude and Mayer, 2019).
In context to the teaching cycle, the first stage involves the responsibility of the teacher to
create equity minded instructions for the purpose to meet the needs of students. Moreover, it
involves the responsibility of the teacher to optimize their learning potential and needs of all the
students. The major negative factor of this stage is that it very time consuming and costly.
In context to the second stage of the teaching cycle it involves the implementation of the
planned curriculum and syllabus in definite time period and also helps in showcasing instructions
and completing them in the classroom. The major roles and responsibilities involves ensuring the
completion of the curriculum in a defined manner while the negative factor involves the
