Education plays most important role in developing the lives of different individual.
Project management is the process of managing all the work to achieve the goals and objectives

needs to perform to make the student understand about the particular topic. On the other hand, in
this report there will be brief discussion about the relationship and boundaries of the teaching

(1.1) Analysing own area role and responsibilities in order to provide education and training.
In training and education the teacher has to perform certain duties and work
responsibilities effectively. The main focus of the teacher is that the learners understand the
learning properly and implements that in their life. On the other hand, business project
management is a process to make the strategical decisions for the organisation to achieve the
inherent goals and objectives (Pulham and Graham, 2018). As a teacher of business project
management there are several work duties and responsibilities which I need to perform. To make
my duties more productive I follow a training cycle.
A teaching and training cycle is a repetition process which help the teacher to asses the student
needs. There are various stages in teaching cycle which is described below:
 Study – Gaining the knowledge from various sources is the main job responsibility of the
teacher. In business project management the knowledge of the market is very important.
The main focus of myself is to implement this cycle and help the students to understand
