INTRODUCTION
Education plays most important role in developing the lives of different individual.
Project management is the process of managing all the work to achieve the goals and objectives
in an systematic manner (Leinhardt, 2019). Teaching is a process to help different students and
understand basic problems. There are different work duties and responsibilities which the teacher
needs to perform to make the student understand about the particular topic. On the other hand, in
this report there will be brief discussion about the relationship and boundaries of the teaching
role. Along with that there will be brief discussion about various points which helps to
understand the needs of the learners. For further instance, there will be brief discussion about
various to plan the needs of the individual learners.

TASK A
(1.1) Analysing own area role and responsibilities in order to provide education and training.
In training and education the teacher has to perform certain duties and work
responsibilities effectively. The main focus of the teacher is that the learners understand the
learning properly and implements that in their life. On the other hand, business project
management is a process to make the strategical decisions for the organisation to achieve the
inherent goals and objectives (Pulham and Graham, 2018). As a teacher of business project
management there are several work duties and responsibilities which I need to perform. To make
my duties more productive I follow a training cycle.
A teaching and training cycle is a repetition process which help the teacher to asses the student
needs. There are various stages in teaching cycle which is described below:
 Study – Gaining the knowledge from various sources is the main job responsibility of the
teacher. In business project management the knowledge of the market is very important.
The main focus of myself is to implement this cycle and help the students to understand
the basic market needs.
 Select – This is the most important in which selection of the topic plays an important
role. I choose the topic specifically for the students and present that in an effective
manner which helps them to understand it effectively.

 Plan – In planning I implement various stages which helps the students to implement the
learning in an effective way.
 Implement – This the main benefit of this learning cycle. As a business project
management teacher I implement various strategies and make my teaching more
innovative. Due to this the students learns about the topics effectively.
(1.3) Analysing the factor of relationships and work boundaries in an effective manner.
Boundaries are important for the teacher and the implementation helps to ensure that the
professional relationship with other individuals is maintained.
As a teacher of business project management I maintain boundaries between the personal and
working life to manage the things effectively (Mouer, 2019). I maintain healthy relationship with
the individual to make the them more comfortable and helps them to understand different topics
effectively. On the other hand, there is a boundary between me and my students. They respect
me according to my role. The boundaries are important to maintain so that the student could
discipline the teacher. There are various skills which the teacher will develop in the profession is
described below:
 Skills – It includes the skill like effective communication, problem solving etc. It is one
of the most important skill for the teachers.
 Experience – They can gain the necessary experience which could help the teacher to
enhance their overall knowledge and achieve an systematic growth in the future.
Professional boundaries includes the roles and responsibilities of the teacher which is different
from other individual. There are various skills which the teacher could enhance in order to
achieve an significant growth in the profession. They can exchange the knowledge with the
students in and help them overcome various challenges in the future.
(2.2) Analysing the role assessments to help the individual in the future.
Diagnostic assessment helps the individual to understand the strengths and needs. It helps
in determining various targets and and strategies to make the teaching experience more agile and
structured (Sivarajah and et.al., 2019). As a teacher I understand the needs of the students and
identify their skills and strengths to make my teaching practices more effective. The individual
learning plan has me to set up the smart goals for the students and help them to make the topics
of business project management more understandable. On the other I monitor and review their
capacity and learning adaptability to various new topics. There are various tests which is

conducted by myself I test their aptitude and problem solving skills to help them in their studies.
Intial assessment is a brief which is carried out in the beginning. It is a learning program which
helps the students to enhnace the knowledge.
(1.4) Including different points to understand the needs of the learners.
As teacher I make a plan to understand the needs of the students according to the new
changing market environment. There are certain description of needs which I fulfil as a part of
my role. At first I help the students to provide the basic study support like the new strategies and
guidelines which is implemented by the new organisations (Bakhurst, 2020). I give them proper
counselling which helps them to see different paths in their careers and avail different
opportunities in the market. There are several students which faces certain problems while
understand the topics. They tends to forget about the new business strategies and models which
is a part of the business process management. I make a systematic plan to counter all these
problems and make the students enjoy their learning. The main focus is to make the students
comfortable and understand their needs effectively. Special evaluations test helps me to enhance
the performance of different students. These tests understand the capability of the students in
accordance to the new market needs.

the duties and responsibilities.
There are various code of conducts relating to the responsibilities which is described below:
 Health and Safety – The health and safety act is formed in 1974 this act primarily
includes the health and safety of different peoples in UK.
 Data protection and safeguarding Act – This act is implemented in 2018 to ensure the
data protection of different individuals in UK (Sewart, 2020). In this the personal
information is process and stored in an encrypted way to assure the safety.
 The institute for learning (IFL) – This act was voluntary membership of the UK
professional body different individuals indulges themselves to support this act. This helps
the students to see various opportunities which are present in the market and learn them
in an effective way.
As a teacher I follow all the code of conducts and policies to make the healthy learning
environment. These policies helps me to maintain a systematic decorum in the classroom. With

the help of effective teaching techniques the learners understand the topics systematically in the
classroom

Identifying the needs of the individuals helps them to boost their morales and encourages
to learns various topics effectively.
Planning the task is most important work responsibility of the teacher to understand the learners
needs in an effective manner (Crompton and et.al., 2021). In various assessments the students
needs help to asses the problems. As a teacher I ensure that the assessments helps the students to
learn new things in the business environment. Due to these activities the learners develop a
positive attitude and solve different problems which arises in future. They set new targets which
they want to achieve in the life. By implementing the right strategies and plans for the future.
Effective teaching always plays an important role to help understanding the needs of the learners.
(3.3) How planning helps the students to adapt to new learnings in life.
To improve the adaptability of students towards different learning topics. The main
aspect which helps them is planning. It helps the learners to understand different things
effectively. There are different approaches which the student could use to understand the
business environment effectively. Learner preference style also matters while learning new
things from the teacher. As a business project management teacher I help the students to
understand the dynamics of the market in a systematic manner by using different approaches. I
give them opportunity by providing new learning materials. With the help of effective planning
the learners can easily use the materials to learn different things which helps them to have an
effective growth.
(3.4) Different ways in which learning and teaching plays a major role.
Adapting to the new teaching strategies helps the teacher to understand the student needs.
Proper utilization of resources is a main factor which help the students to learn various new
things. Effective study material boost the mindset of the individual and helps them to p[perform
better in various different aspects (Graham and et.al., 2019). This is my main work responsibility
to make the students more comfortable to understand the student preferences and make a
strategic plan to asses their critical areas in which they lack. Giving explanations in small step

and oral communication helps to make me to make the the students learns various new topics
easily.
4.1) how it is important for the learners to behave appropriately in the classroom.
The learners must have an appropriate behaviour in the classroom. Discipline is the most
important value which the individuals needs to follow in their life. The performance of the
learners depends on the positive behaviour and approach. With these ethics the students could
achieve and effective growth in the life. In the classroom indisciplined behaviour must not be
tolerated (Linfield and Tovey, 2021). As a teacher my students maintains a decorum in the
classroom. The students whose behaviour is indisciplined my face serious consequences in my
sessions. On the other hand, this is the main work responsibility to ensure that the students are
creating any mischievous activities in the classroom.
(4.2) Different ways to promote equality in the classroom.
In a classroom there are peoples which have different cultures. The values helps the
individuals to promote equality in the sessions. In my classroom there are students which had
different backgrounds and cultures. Equality and discipline behaviour is must while sitting in
my sessions (Thompson, 2021). I conduct different group activities which helps the students to
communicate with each other effectively. The main focus is to maintain discrimination free
environment in the classroom. There re various other ways which promote the value diversity.
Whenever there are assessments each individual diagnosed the assessments in the classroom.
(6.1) Purpose and types of assessment which could help the student to perform better.
There re different types of assessments which are described below:
 Diagnostic – This is used to identify the students strengths and specific skills areas. It
helps the teachers to asses and improve the areas in which the learners lack.
 Formative assessment – This is formal assessment procedure which helps the teacher to
improve their teaching practices in an effective manner.
 Summative assessment – This help the teacher to evaluate the student learning with the
previous work which the individual had done in the past.
 Formal amassment – It is a grading system to monitor the student performance
according to their knowledge.

 Peer and self assessment – In this the assessment is divided between different students
and they find mistakes of each other. This is the most helpful way of knowing and
improving the mistakes.
In my classroom when I divide the work between different individuals I ensure that the
work students are learning new things with the activities. I diagnose the student assessments
which helps to understand the students weak points in which they are lacing. Understand the
market effectively is the only way to help the students to perform effectively in various aspects.
After the assessment I provide the necessary learning material which helps them to improve their
capabilities and counter their weak points. Summative assessments also helps effectively to
evaluate all the new strategies which the learner is implementing while making the projects about
the business environment.

strengths (Sivarajah and et.al., 2019). Learning targets can be determined so that teachers can use
strategies of teaching and learning to achieve them. Learners possess different level of skills in
some of the areas which can them different from each other.
2.4 Recording learner goals.
Individual learning goals is formulated by the teacher and learner which is recorded as a
plan. It helps in understanding the goals of learners which they want to achieve by learning the
particular course. It is essential to record the goals as it helps in evaluating the future
requirements of learner.
3.1 New schemes which helps in work to the accordance of the requirements
Scheme of work refers to the document which describes the particular structure of
learning, teaching and assessment. It can be changed according to the requirements of learning
and they can also create session plans.
3.2 Designing teaching and learning plans
Teachers should identify the assessment to fulfil the learning objectives. They should
arrange their sessions in particular manner so that they can accomplish the deadline of projects

(Crompton and et.al., 2021). Sessions should be conducted in particular manner so that it is
easily understandable by the learners.
3.5 Identifying opportunities for learners to provide feedback.
Communication is very essential between teachers and learners so that learners can
understand that how much students learn from the teaching. When teachers communicate with
the learners it gives them opportunity to take feedbacks from them about the teaching. It helps
them in understanding the current position of knowledge of their respective students. It is
opportunity for learners because feedbacks helps in gaining knowledge which is required by
them. Teachers can adopt different methods for their learners so that they can transfer the
knowledge which can help them in their practical life.
4.3 Establishing sustained practices in teaching
Teachers can make learning environment more positive and safe by clearing the doubts of
their learners. They can allow learners to interact openly in the classroom so that they express
thoughts and encourage each other so that they can learn new things (Wirihana and et.al., 2018).
They should follow proper rules and regulations in the classroom while teaching the students and
eliminate various factors such as bullying. Teachers should use models to communicate the ideas
which make the inclusive learning environment more safer.
5.4 Using inclusive teaching and learning approaches.
Teachers can use various approaches like collaborative, reflective, constructivist, inquiry
based learning and integrative. Teachers should solve the problems of their students and clear
their doubts which help in better understanding. Learners should coordinate with each other so
that they can share knowledge and relevant information. Humanistic approaches can be used by
teachers which focus on the active learning of the learners. Teachers can also use visuals, audio's
and kinaesthetic mediums which help in fast learning.
5.5 Different ways to promote equality.
All the learners should treated equally by the teachers during learning so that it can
promote equality. Being a teacher I understand the ethnic background and interest of the learners
which results in valuing the diversity. Teaching environment should involve different beliefs,
social behaviours and traditions so that it can maintain the unity among the classroom. I have set

the rules, regulations and clear goals which should be mandatory to follow by each and every
student irrespective of their background.
5.6 New learning approaches in teaching
Different learners possess mindset according to their individual knowledge and
experience. Teachers should adopt the learning approaches which meet the requirements of the
students (Murdock, Penner, Le, and Nematollahi, 2020). Learning approaches which are adopted
by the teacher are reflective, innovative, engaged and confident so that learners can easily inherit
the knowledge. These approaches support the learning and development process for the learners.
These are highly powerful approaches which should be used by every teacher.
5.7 Communicating with the learners in an effective manner.
Communication help in understanding the mind and thoughts of the learners which help
teachers in evaluating the knowledge of learners. Being a teacher, it is very essential to set the
goals which help in transfer the knowledge. Once the goals are developed it is important to
follow them during the practical teaching. Teacher should communicate about all the relevant
aspects which is mandatory to understand for learning and teaching.
6.3 Different types of assessment including self assessment
The assessment which are used involve learners in the assessment which are direct
assessment of performance, meta cognitive assessment, student self generated test and indirect
assessment of performance. These assessment provides particular structure for the learning and
includes two way interactive sessions (Ortiz, 2020). It allow both learner and teachers to give
feedbacks and discuss the topics regarding their problems. Needs of each and every individual
can be fulfilled with the help of these assessments. Cognitive assessment and direct assessment
of performance are used on regular basis as it is reliable, valid and authentic.
6.4 How feedback to contribute to the assessment process
Feedbacks and questioning are used in order to understand the proper assessment process
because it helps in evaluating the future assessments. Answers of questions help teachers in
understanding the subject or area which should be improved in order to obtain good marks.
Questioning helps in assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the students so that they can opt
the practice which is best suited according to the student. It improves the understanding between
students and learners which help in their future growth and progress.

Outcomes evaluate the needs for correction and alteration in the learning process so that

Benefit of communication method is that it can evaluate the problems and issues in
effective manner with the help of verbal communication. Transferring and sharing of knowledge
can be easily carried out with the help of communication methods. Communication can takes
place in verbal and non verbal manner which can engage individuals in effective manner.
teachers can use media which includes videos, Zoom meetings and written articles which convey
messages and information in better manner. Limitation of communication method is that people
can miss interpret the thoughts and ideas through verbal communication.
