Teaching and learning may have defined in the various of process which may include
number of variable which may show the term of interaction which is well related with the goal
and they are generally incorporated with the new knowledge, behaviour and skills which is
adding the range of learning experience (Kamenez and et. al., 2020). In this report, the major of
discussion is based on the five activity which is planned and show the aspect of various of
activity topic. The overview and planning are used to conducted which may provide the aspect to
design the learning and teaching scenario with the topic. Therefore, the teaching involves the
participation of career planning and guidance towards the roles and responsibility of a teacher
(Karomatovich, 2022). A student must have knowledge and information about their chosen study
path. This shows that, it is essential for the key development of student in nursing practices and

concern of the teaching practice, it is vital to put emphasise on the learning needs of students to
better identity what they need and how it can be achieved (LaBrenz and et. al., 2022). The report
is going to critically reflect on the student needs and the issues they are facing while learning
(Martin, Sun, and Destine, 2020). There will be discussion about how teachers are facilitating
student engagement through lesson plans, conducting learning programmes and demonstration
method which influence on the weak areas of learners. This report also includes patient

I explained that vulnerable adults are the individual of an age group of 18 or more than
18 years who suffers from functional, mental and physical inabilities. These are the one who are
unable to safeguard themselves from the harm and exploitation. They require special care from
the community resources. This could be due to cognitive impairment, long term effect of abuse
or negligence (Cooper, Cocker and Briggs, 2018a). Safeguarding means protecting the individual
health, human rights and wellbeing which enable them to live free from harm and any kind of
abuse. Due to inability of vulnerable adults and children in performing their activities, the

There are various activity and learning using the technology can be helpful to perform.
This may include getting better impact on the every individual. It can also help learner to
perform well and allow to get better improvement in the contemporary practice and development
that can help in better involvement in their learning. Problem based learning and also help in
better understanding the problem and getting effective solution which are associated with taking
care of better response (Chellaswamy and et. al., 2022).
The literature is usually focus on the TEL in the nursing which is defined as the telenursing
which is refer as the use of information technology which is well related with the provision of
the nursing service which is well related with the physical distance exist between the patient and
the nurse which is associated with the number of the nurses. Additionally, there are some of the
strategies that can used to enhance the education that include having the compassion and
empathy, creating the secure and dependable structure, ramping to the aspect of positive factor. It
can show the teaching aspect which is well related with the active listening that show the
collaboration with the building of relationship (Chen, 2021). In addition, the importance of the
TEL within the healthcare showing the various need such as helpful for the making of
communication and interaction with the patient in order to recognise their need which is related

is different use of the TEL which can be effective and allow to deliver better and effective
response which are associated with use those in the nursing practices. This can also help in
getting better and effective healthcare service delivery (Cheng and et. al., 2021). This is the one
that can help in getting better improvement in the healthcare service which are also associated
with taking care of good health. Here, nursing staff should use these technologies which are
effective and can help in getting better healthcare services to patient who are not able to get
connect or physically present in the healthcare premises. This can also help in getting better
access to healthcare services where people are not able to go and also not able to get instant
services. It can also help in getting better care to patient where patient is not able to get access to
healthcare service. Through using this technology, it can allow patient to get some instant care
services which are associated with taking care of better help to assure about improved healthcare
services (Gonzalez Lopez and et. al., 2019).
For example- Patient A need better healthcare services but living in the remote area where
healthcare services are far away. In this, when there is need for healthcare services, it is difficult
to get access to healthcare services (Cleary and et. al., 2022). Here, TEL technology play an
important role in getting better and effective healthcare service at instant time. This is highly
effective and have better response towards caring of patient that may help in getting better care
of patient. This can also help to provide better healthcare service to patient that allow them to get
access to healthcare services for their better and improved health. This can lead to create better
and effective response which are associated with taking care of effective response towards
patient need that can lead to create high impact on delivery of better and effective healthcare
services. This is one of the case in which TEL communication can be effective and help in
getting better and effective response which are associated with providing better care and support
to people for improving their healthcare services (Okolie and et. al., 2020).
Using technology can allow to provide better and effective response which are associated
with taking care of people health. This can also help in the emergency cases where, there is need
to provide first aid services but due to less time there is need to provide healthcare services by
nearby person. In this, TEL communication can be effective and allow healthcare professional to
provide better and effective response which are associated with ensuring about taking care of
better and effective health (Soler and Tecedor, 2018). Through this, it can help healthcare
profession to assist people to provide urgent healthcare support which are associated with taking
care of good health. Through applying this in healthcare services, it can also help large number
of population to get instant healthcare service to different location. This can also help patient

and support them to not go physically in hospital unnecessary. There are large number of service
user who may get benefited by the healthcare service which include TEL services. There are
various benefits to the service user which can enable them to get healthcare assistance in few
minutes and get better health improvement suggestion more easily (De Keijzer and et. al., 2022).
Through this, it can be concluding that there are high benefits of use of technology which
can be effective and may help in getting better and effective response which are associated with
taking care of good health for large number of patient. There are also different benefits of getting
healthcare serviced which are associated with improving the access to healthcare service non-

Title: Learner development, role of feedback approaches and adjustment for the learning needs
and support.
The introduction of this particular activity begins in the form of a nurse's reflection. The
condition of acute deterioration is described in context with Hyperkalaemia. The first paragraph
of the introduction describes the environment of a nursing assessment unit and the rising cases of
the above mentioned disease. In my opinion, this is a good way to start reflection report. There is
description about the signs and symptoms of the disease which gives a strong base to the case
study. There is discussion about the management of hyperkalaemia in the second paragraph of
the introduction along with accurate statistics about the prevalence of this disease in the United
Kingdom (Salama, Arab, and Maghrabi, 2018). For the evaluation process, there is mention of a
patient suffering from second stage of fistula formation. For this purpose, the identity of the
patient is kept confidential, which according to me is an excellent practice. The last paragraph
mentions the use of sodium bicarbonate for the treatment of hyperkalaemia, however, according
to my knowledge, there are various side effects to this therapy method. The introduction part is
adequate and defines all the related terminologies (de Sales and et. al., 2021).
Assessing the first two paragraphs, I can derive some evidence based information about
renal failure and the statistics of patients with renal failure undergoing renal replacement therapy
in England. I believe that more information about renal replacement therapy can be added to
and support them to not go physically in hospital unnecessary. There are large number of service
user who may get benefited by the healthcare service which include TEL services. There are

make this reflection more clarifying. One-line definition about the functioning of sodium-
potassium pump will help illuminate the context. Following the content, appropriate description
is mentioned about the pathophysiology of the renal failure. Physiological explanation about the
occurrence of potassium in Miss Mouse's is brilliantly mentioned. I appreciate it. The following
paragraph follows a detailed description about renal physiology and how is Miss Mouse affected
by high levels of potassium in her body. I observed that there is no mention of physiological and
pathological theories in this evaluation. The prescription of 10 units of Actraprid infusion in 50
ml of Glucose IV infusion is showcased as a short-term solution for combating the incidence of
high potassium levels in the body (Nyman and et. al., 2018). This emergency treatment method
suggested is accurate and it looks like the author of this reflection is well aware about the
pathophysiology of the renal failure (Mukhamadovna and et. al., 2020). As a tutor, my remarks
on this particular part of the reflection is that, the author has explained the intervention
techniques in a good and satisfactory way. All the related physiology of the renal failure along
with its associated pathophysiology in context to the patient experiencing acute deterioration
were apt and justified. However, the concepts of sodium potassium pump and the consequences
of renal failure can be elaborated. Additionally, there was no mention of physiological and
pathological models for the critical evaluation of this part. Furthermore, I will suggest to promote
the use of medical terminologies while presenting a nursing assessment unit. My markings on
this part of the reflection is 45% (third).
This part of the reflection, is not well explained as it does not contain evidence based
clinical approaches for the management of patient suffering from acute deterioration by renal
failure. There is mention of usage of electrolyte replacement therapy for the managerial
treatment of hyperkalaemia, however, I suggest there should be more information added for
proving this statement. There not much known about electrolyte therapy which makes me doubt
its usage. More information and evidence is required. The second paragraph of this criteria
elaborates incomplete information about the availability of treatment procedures suggested by
NICE (Chalikias and et. al., 2019). On my part, I will suggest that more research should be
conducted. I acknowledge the use of my trust protocol for monitoring the hypoglycaemia state of
the Miss Mouse. There is no accurate information given about the approaches in the third
paragraph of this reflection and most of the discussion revolves around the release of guidance
principles for the management of hyperkalaemia. The requirement of this criteria is to appraise

the clinical evidence that informs the management, which is not followed. The explanation
informing the management of acute deterioration was relevant to a certain extent and some parts
were mentioned unnecessarily. Therefore, my marking on this criterion is 53% (2:2).
My point of view about this part of the reflection is that nurse is well revised with her
role in an assessment unit, treating a patient suffering from Hyperkalaemia, which is appreciated.
There is mention of challenges that can lead to delayed patient care (Slessarev and et. al., 2019).
The second and third paragraph of this criteria is unclear and involves the use of vague language
that should be modified (Naezak and et. al., 2021). These above mentioned paragraphs are not
related to the topic of this criteria which is evaluation of your role. The heading of this criteria is
incorrect. The intervention efficiency and methods of the medical team is accurately described.
The next paragraph describes the condition of the patient and not the role of the nurse in the
intervention technique. The last paragraph seems relatively correct and somewhat related to this
topic. My grade for this criteria is 40%. (Third).
Evaluating this reflection, I cerebrate that the conclusion is well-written and the short-
term treatment methods are well explained which are employed in the management of acute
deterioration observed in renal failure. However, the evaluation was not based on the use of
pathophysiological and physiological theories. Furthermore, there was no mention of relevant
clinical evidences for the management of renal failure in Miss Mouse. Also, reflection in the
third criteria was somewhat incorrect. Overall, I will grade this reflection 46% (Third).

There is strength of these that it can help to gather more information and knowledge to
student which are effectively helpful to improve better learning and knowledge and help to use
those in the professional practices. There is another strength that can lead to create high impact
on delivery of better and effective response which can be helpful in getting better use of
knowledge and learning which are effective and may have positive response towards taking care
of better learning. This may also lead to create high influence about the learning which are
gathered through using the organisational learning and help in providing better development
needs (Brinkley-Etzkorn, 2020).
There are some of the weakness which include that this refers to the time taking process where
organisation have very less time to provide better and effective training in less time. Due to time
bound, there are different issues which can arise which are associated with taking care of better
and effective response that may help to provide positive response. Training is a time taking
process and may influence better and effective care which are associated with influencing
student to get delay in their training which could have better influence about proper training (Wu
and et. al., 2022).
which are associated with taking care of good health and may help in achieving better response
through providing better access to learning and gathering knowledge. There is also need to use
different strategies which are effective and may help in getting better care and support that may
influence student to learn more appropriately. This can be effective and may help in getting
better which can allow student to get better knowledge and allow to improve better learning
which are associated with improvement in their training. Through applying feedback procedure
strategy can also help to improve their learning and allowing better and effective response
towards proper care and providing support to deliver effective response (Lovianova and et.
al.,2020).
Through applying the training strategy can allow to improve better and effective response
which are effective and allow to provide better positive outcomes. This can have better
effectiveness towards student learning and allow them to use those in getting better and effective
response which are associated with taking care of their learning and improvising their knowledge
and skills which can help in getting better response (Seraphin and et. al., 2022).

Implication of organisational learning and development needs can lead to create high
negative impact on delivery of better and effective response which are associated with
influencing better and positive response for better outcomes.
Through using this, lead to create high positive impact which are effective and help in getting
better care and support which are associated with delivery of learning and proper training which
are associated with improvement in the organisational needs (Xu, Song and Wang, 2020).
