Topic: How behaviour model of blended learning can improve the quality of learning ineducational sector?INTRODUCTIONBackground of the studyBlended learning is the type of teaching methodology in which e-learning tools combinewith the traditional classroom method with an aim to give an effective learning experience to thestudents. It is also called by the name of hybrid learning. In this form of learning, students mightattend the class which is being taught by their teacher in a traditional class room setting.Furthermore, along with the traditional class room setting, students will also complete differentonline components which are related with their course outside the classroom. In the presentscenario, given form of learning has gained greater importance (Sobh and Perry, 2006). This isbecause; appropriate form of learning provides opportunities to the students to enhance theirskills and knowledge on specific subjects in an effective way. In addition to this, here, studentsalso have the opportunity of asking all doubts from the tutor in the traditional class room settingswhich they have explored while learning through online material after the class. In addition tothis, application of behaviour model in blended learning will identify that whether there is anykind of change that has occurred in the behaviour of students and teacher because of blendedlearning approach or not. If it is seen that there are changes that have been occurred in thebehaviour of students then in the given circumstances, effectiveness of the blended learningmethod used within educational sector will be assessed (Ireland, Webb and Coombs, 2005).Here, the proposal will showcase that whether the behaviour model of blended learning hasimproved the quality of learning in the educational sector or not.Research aim and objectivesMain aim of this study is to analyse the way in which quality of learning in educationalsector can be improved with the help of behaviour model of blended learning. Here, on the basisof aim of the study, following objectives are set:To explore the meaning of blended leaning. To analyse the role of behaviour model of blended learning in improving the quality oflearning in educational sector.2
