INTRODUCTIONPatient with diabetes have very comprehensive learning needs. The learning needs arefocused on managing their glucose levels and preventing complications diabetes. DiabetesInsipidus is a rare condition that occurs when your kidneys are not able to conserve water. Beinga teacher of diabetes helps me to enhance my practical knowledge through I acknowledged mylearning skills into more systematic way Bhuiyan & Pandit, (2015). I went through fromdifferent stages or opinion that gives me more confidence and increase my will power too.Overall, experience was good for my career enhancement. I learned the causes of diabetesInsipidus and what tests is actually required for them to diagnose. Some tests which doctorscommonly used to diagnose to determine the types of diabetes is. Overall, my experience helpsme for my career growth. ReflectiveI went through from different learning styles of diabetes Insipidus which is a body waterbalance disorder. It is also known as a water diabetes too. I went through the process where Ilearned the symptoms of this disease Darabi, et.al., (2016). First is increased urination andincreased thirst. I observed that it is a common disease which usually people have due to someimbalance of routine or diet level. The other cause that I teach to my peers, students or patients atmy work place is that, this disease when brain does not produce enough antidiurectic hormone(ADH). From my experienced of teaching helped me to gain my confidence level and motivationlevel towards my future objectives. I had a very good time with my students, peers and withpatient that I diagnosed Graham, W., & Diabetes, W. W. (2015). Sometimes, I think that it wouldhelp me to take my further decision making process through I achieve my future set goals. Whileconducting study, I got some new theoretical as well as practical knowledge. My overall,experienced throughout this study was well and intellectual. I teach several methods or causesthrough disease can be diagnosed such as through water deprivation test, urinalysis, Magnetresonance imaging (MRI). Some other treatment styles that is used for a disease is centraldiabetes Insipidus, Nephrogenic diabetes Insipidus etc Diabetes Insipidus, (2015). Besides, Iexperienced being a nursing background is to monitor intake or output. Get prepared the reportof urine volume greater than 200 ml for each 2 consecutive hours or 500 ml in a 2hr period. Thislearning gave new knowledge of testing the diabetes into more systematic manner. 1
