Introduction
As stated by Kerzner and Kerzner (2017), the project management hold a critical role for
forming the successive alignment of the activities favouring the alignment of the successful
project activity completion. The formation of the operations favouring the alignment of the
successful project completion and development is helpful for aligning the development of the
operations. The intrusion of the activities would also help in forming the completion of the
project.
The following assignment had been made considering the elements of project ‘Teaching
rooms refurbishment of Queen's building of Roehamption University’. The assignment would
include the Project Initiation Document involving the initial budget information and time scales,
Gantt chart representing the project schedule, fully developed risk register, and a short report to
the project sponsor.
