Introduction
As stated by Kerzner and Kerzner (2017), the project management hold a critical role for
forming the successive alignment of the activities favouring the alignment of the successful
project activity completion. The formation of the operations favouring the alignment of the
successful project completion and development is helpful for aligning the development of the
operations. The intrusion of the activities would also help in forming the completion of the
project.
The following assignment had been made considering the elements of project ‘Teaching
rooms refurbishment of Queen's building of Roehamption University’. The assignment would
include the Project Initiation Document involving the initial budget information and time scales,
Gantt chart representing the project schedule, fully developed risk register, and a short report to
the project sponsor.
1. Project Initiation Document
Project Background: The project of ‘Teaching rooms refurbishment of Queen's building
of Roehamption University’ is developed for refurnishing the teaching rooms. The Queen’s
building of Roehamption University requires re-modification as it has become very old. The
completion of the project would be dependent on the alignment of the successful alignment of
the operations favoring the involvement of the successive development of the activities. The
involvement of the construction activities was dependent on the alignment of the activities of the
project. The refurbishment of the teaching rooms would include cleaning the teaching rooms,
fixing the electricity lines, fixing the damps and breaks on the walls, windows and doors are

fixed, painting the walls, seats, tables, and desks are added, new fans, lights, and switches are
added, and fire extinguishers are re-added activities.
Aims: The project of ‘Teaching rooms refurbishment of Queen's building of
Roehamption University’ has the aims of refurbishment of teaching rooms so that effective
alignment of the activities would favor the increment of the construction activities. The
deployment of the operations would also be helpful for forming the allowance of the activities
for construction of the project activities. The fixing of walls, floors, and electric lines, painting
walls, and addition of seats, tables, chairs, desks, fans, lights, switches, and fire extinguisher are
also the aims of the project.
Objectives: The objectives of the ‘Teaching rooms refurbishment of Queen's building of
Roehamption University’ project are,
 To refurbish the teaching rooms of Queen’s building of Roehamption University
would be dependent on the construction project management
 To use principles of project management for developing project plan and
documents for aligning the formation of the operations
 To utilize the successive alignment of the activities favoring the management of
the operations
Scope: The project of ‘Teaching rooms refurbishment of Queen's building of
Roehamption University’ would be deployed for listing the alignment of the operations of
construction activities. The scope of the project is,

and electric lines, painting walls, and addition of seats, tables, chairs, desks, fans, lights,
switches, and fire extinguisher are all in scope items of the project.

control implementation plan are out of scope items for this project.
Deliverables: The deliverables of the project of ‘Teaching rooms refurbishment of
