In course to fulfill or share a common goal, the members of () are committed to conduct the proceedings as the follows: 1.Team meetings will be more and there will be frequent discussions as well 2.It is important to design each of the segment of the task in details, so that, purpose is delivered 3.Engage in effective communication with every team member 4.Each member must accomplish their duties and responsibilities 5.Do also review the works of peers, so that, errors are reduced 6.Constructing feedbacks and contrasting perspectives are important 7.Healthy environment is necessary for supporting the generation of new ideas 8.Academic conduct must be maintained and plagiarism must be avoided 9.Assurance should be for satisfactory work as agreed upon initially 10.There should not be any disciplinary issue in submitting the work Conflict Resolution 1.Assigned work to each members must be completed within the agreed deadline a.If at all there is an issue, that must be addressed individually to team leaders or discussed while during the team meeting b.Alternative arrangements can also be there depending on the conflict level 2.Views of each member will be respected and must be analyzed to reach to the consensus of majority 3.In case the environment has become very conflicting, then the member with contrasting idea should follow the following thing: a.The member with contrasting view must explain the pros and cons of the idea b.Listening to others carefully while they are suggesting a comment c.Give place to majority of decisions from other group members
Meetings & Communication Channels There will be two face-to-face meetings of team and the attendance would be compulsory for all: (Time of meeting need to be filled) Communication channel: Google Drive and Facebook Secondary resources: University mailing system, Team wiki, SMS text and Phone Room bookings [to be filled up]: Contingency Plans In case of unexpected circumstances it is necessary to approach to alternate arrangements, so that, conflicts are resolved. Below are the few examples: ●In case, if one or few of the members are absent, they must remain in contact to the team to get the updates through possible modes which are feasible ●There must be contingency plans for team meeting as on the scheduled meeting times, few of the members may not be able to turn around. There must also be some technological solution of meeting like Skype ●The deadline is set a week longer than it is expected.
