The report mainly focuses on the development of a website and an app for the organization “Globlex” with the help
of Virtucon. The system that will be developed will be helpful in providing some extra services to the clients including
the facility of online transaction, bidding as well as accessing both the domestic and international markets. In order
to develop the system, the paper mainly focuses on the team charter, team rules and expectations. Moreover,
communication plan is also developed for the project.

The organization “Globlex” expands its business and in order to manage the operations of the
business and for meeting the requirements of its customers, the organization wants to add
some extra services for the clients with the development of the new system. The project of
developing the system of “i-corp” for the Globlex clients is quite advantageous as it assists in
providing the facility of accessing both the domestic market as well as international market
online for both buying and selling grains.
