Abstract
It is evident for the organisations to maximise its profit and ensure security for its business
operations in future. Most of the organisations are either manufacturing products or associated
with the service industry. In this context, the role of the employees is highly crucial and it has to
be maintained effectively. The term team building is quite relevant in this discussion where it is
imperative to manage the human resources and push them to meet the objectives of the company.
Henceforth, Inan in his research pointed out the importance of team building in aviation
industries where the ground staffs are solely responsible for 60% of the accidents. For this
reason, he also propounded the crew resource management (CRM) framework and evaluated
the the pros and cons of this method. He tried to identify a trend inside the cockpit staffs training
program and restricted it up to fourth generation. In a conclusion he proposed a fifth generation
framework that can make the method more accurate and effective.

organisation. There are a series of challenges caused by the lack of understanding of the
importance related to managing human resource. This process is associated with the practice of
team building. Therefore, for a specific research and understanding Inan had opted for the
aviation sector. According to the report it can be ascribed that 60% of the aviation accidents are
happened due to human error and the lack of understanding among the ground staffs is
considered to be one of the major factors responsible for this mishap. Therefore, the research of
Inan is rightly puts emphasis on the aviation industry of United States as the country has the
largest and busiest airports. In this context, Inan mentioned the term Crew resource
management (CRM) that was entitled to provide training to the flight crews and determined to
reduce the error caused by the ground staffs in airport. In fact, Inan delivered an in-depth
understanding regarding the theoretical consideration of the CRM system and stretched it out up
to fourth generation of CRM system. Furthermore, Inan also incorporated the discussion about
enormous issues and challenges that the CRM framework had faced and in this regard, he
intended to facilitate some remedies. In a conclusion Inan advocated that the errors and issues in
the fourth generation CRM system paved the way for a fifth generation framework and as a
matter of fact he rightly provided a proposed design of such process.
From the above point of view, it can be stated that there is always a motive of the
organisations to build up a better human resource management in terms of the team building
process that can help to maximise the profit as it happens for Continental Airlines.
