• Team management facilitates in
opting right people who possess

order to accomplish goals within
specific period of time. By effective
team management, a leader ensures
that all team members are
contributing equally and track
progress for successful attainment of
task.

What is team and group ?
• A team is formed with a purpose to
accomplish single goal through
contribution of various individuals. All the
activities are allocated as per skills and
knowledge and ensures that all activities
are done as per pre-determined plans or not.
• Whereas group is like a number of
