Introduction
Team building is the prior area of an organization. In order to achieve the business goal,
an organization needs to build an effective team. To build a team one of the major aspects is the
establishment of an effective leadership. However, a leader can make an effective team by
developing a collaborative work (Hallur, Pillai & Joshi, 2017). To build an effective team it is
important to establish a good relationship between the employees. Effective team allows an
organization to gain competitive advantages in the market. This study deals with the team
