So, they communicate with NHS's care coordinator in order to create ahygienic and safe environment to maintain safety of doctors and nurses who serve their servicesto patientsSuppliers – The care coordinator give detail about products needed by the suppliers ofNHS for operating their functions smoothly. The suppliers have a high bargaining power for theavailability of high competition in this sector. For this they maintain a good relationship with thesuppliers. Supplies such as medicines, equipment, etc. Also, The suppliers set their conditionsaccording to the requirement of NHS.Patients - The patients arrive at NHS for their health treatment communicate theirproblems with the care coordinator. The care coordinator builds good relationship with thePatients at NHS (Hodgson, Graham and Mc Gough, 2018). They are : Proper taskallocation– The proper allocation of information and task can be supportiveto the NHS by care coordinator. This can be executed by performance review, meeting,instruction, etc. to employees working at NHS. Building team work– The care coordinator is able to bind employees which are workingin NHS by their effective leadership and communication skills. The care coordinator is able toattain synergy by decreasing the communication gap among employees and care coordinator andbuild an effective team who serve their services to patients arrive at NHS and Dealing with problems – The care coordinator have motivation and problem solvingskills in order to execute effective communication in company like NHS. Also, in order tosupport effective communication must deal with problems face by the employees such as doctorsand nurses in NHS. Barriers and challenges to communication. Physical barrier – Unavailability of proper, e mail facility, telephonic, temperature, poorlighting, affects working of NHS by misrepresentation of information among people,management and patients. The barriers of availability of physical tools, equipment, etc. affects alot to the working of care coordinator in executing effective communication and creates a gap incommunication among NHS. Language barrier – The company is executing diversity of culture in their organisationand different culture represents different languages (Lambert, and Jamieson, 2019). Thus,communication misinterpretation is common by the barrier of language in the job role of carecoordinator at NHS. Design of structure – The NHS is following an organisational structure in whichemployee at lower position is not able to communicate to person at higher position (Cameron,2016). There is proper flow of formal communication in between different structure. Therefore,the NHS is facing from communication gap due to this structure NHS follows.
