identified various factors which useful for develop efficiency in team work. From the idea about term its
clear that leader pay major role in team work effective performance and dvelopmeenet. But its essential
that every individual when they have responsibility to perform task within group they have to recognize
factors and managing, performing their tasks with great manner. And mainly they have to develop skill
which is good communication to maintain positive relation with everyone.
