professional development for?
The sales and marketing department od the company is generally managed by the sales
manager. Generally, the sales are made through online market by the sales teams and the
organization have ERP system (enterprise resource planning) that notify the sales team
regarding the order. Moreover, world education has a call center staff that solve the issue of the
customer and address the compliant made by them. Thereby, company make sure that they are
satisfying their customer.

Build the brand image
Generate the leads
Increasing the range of product to reach the target market.

Sales reprsentative: It play the role of selling the product in the market by using the less
operational cost of the firm. Moreover, attract more and more customer for the organization.
Call center: The role of the call center staff is to attent the call of the customer in the friendly
and in a limited time frame. As well addressing the complient of the client (Bieleke and Keller .,
2021).
Advertising staff: The main roles of the advertising manager is to research the new trends of
promotion and implement new marketing campaings.
