So, when a group of people come together to work upon a particular project in an organization, they can come up with differentuniqueandinnovativeideas.Thisisnotonlybeneficialforthecompanybut individually for them as well. The reason behind this is that employees within the group get to learn different things from each other and there is an overall increase in the productivity of the company. Who benefits? A team is a group of people who have different strengths, who come together in order to complete a task in an effective manner. Also, the work is distributed according to the strengths as well as skill level of the members. Therefore, due to this, the tasks are completed effectively and well within time. Besides the employees of the company, the company as well as the managers are also benefited. This is because they can evaluate the overall performance of an employee based on their individual contribution as well as the complete output of the project. Whereas the overall productivity as well as performance of the company increases(Procter and Radnor, 2017). During difficult times, a team can help the company to perform in an enhanced way.
