The experience is good, I have been able to cop up with activities
going on at university. I have enjoyed all areas of the university from
the field, gym, swimming, library and the canteen. The Interaction
with fellow student is great

Before interview
• It was a long process
identifying some
volunteer.
• We identified fresh
student from university
who helped us conduct
our research.
On interview
• We received feedbacks
from our interviewer
regarding the
university.
• Some student seemed
to be frustrated with
the swim class
registration process.
Registration use the
manual process which
is time wasting.
After interview
• All volunteers were
happy with how we
conducted our
interviews.

Swim class
The swim class
registration method is
time consuming as the
university use manual
process for registration.
Canteen
The congestion at canteen
is unbearable and the
university should come up
with a way to solve the
issue.
Vending machine
vending machines focus on
collecting money,
providing change and

• Moses an athlete student get frustrated when he want to get a drink from
machine and not founding the favorite drink. He needs an app that she can use to
view all items in the vendor machine.
• Voting was done to determine the VOP with more weight
• The VOP will solve the issue concerned with the Vendor machine.

Vendor app brainstorming
• For the vendor app student will need to connect their app to the
machine by use of barcode
• The machine can accept one connection at a time.
• The student will scan the code and create a connection.
• The app will list all available items.
• Student can chose multiple item to buy
• The student will make payment by use of visa card.
• The vendor will process the items and student will take them.
