TEAMWORK AND ITS PERSPECTIVE
The aim of this easy is to consider the different aspects of working in a group. In
order to consider the nuances of working in a team, this is important to consider the fact that
working in a team refer to the process of sharing common interest and achieving certain
common goals (Anvuur et al., 2015). Workings in a group rerefs to the process of bringing
unity and enthusiasm of all the members in one platform and working towards the fulfilment
of certain gaols. Working in a group consists if consideration of each other’s point of view
and understanding the viewpoint of the team mates. This helps us to understand the diverse
perspective of all the stakeholders (Genter 2016). However there are number of issues
associated while working in a group. One of the strengths of working in a group is the
developing an attitude of tolerance. Teamwork provides ample opportunities for the
individual members to learn and experiment with the different alternatives and opinions. The
strength of working in team can be concluded as: development of synergy, empowerment of
the self and the teammates, promoting the habit of careful listening and fostering flexibility
(Van Knippenberg et al. 2016). These also promote the sense of achievement and develop
motivation for persuasion of certain goals. This is considered to be the best ways of working
together when it is taken in the right spirit. However it is not to deny that there are certain
inherent weaknesses of every teamwork (Genter 2016). Firstly, it is essential to consider the
fact that there will be number of intrinsic conflicts and lag in decision making process. In
case of team work, decision making is time taking process which also leads to the process of
loss of creativity. This is also time consuming as drawing conclusions based on overall
consensus is difficult to achieve. In order to erase the unnecessary glitches, it is necessary to
develop sound communication between all the parties and we as team communicated over
Facebook. This is where it is necessary to mentions that communication over the digital
media leads to number of issues like misinterpretation of information and lack of consensus
(Van Knippenberg et al. 2016). This communication method acted as barrier to our
