Collaboration To work in the team will enhance the collaboration and also helps to allow brainstorming. Through brainstorming it can be simple to gather the ideas and opinion of the individual and also through this the complex activities can be simplified of the organization. It is one of the effective methods that help to conduct the activities in the right direction (Rees, Breen, Cusack & Hegney, 2015). It has been evaluated that two or more people are always beneficial for solving the conflicts and also in competing for the tough tasks with innovative and creative ideas.
