On researching on the recent activities of the ASX listed companies, I have come
across the reviews of the corporate climate risk that declares that there has been serious risk.
The style of writing is not very complicated but completely based on concepts and theories
that are levied by the Australian Investment Commission that examines the actual risk of
climate risk disclosures that are given by about 60 Australian Stock Exchange listed
companies. The languages used in the discussion is quite updated and can be considered
technical as well. The review has given upon some of the specific and wanted information
that is wanted by the investors (Sakhel 2017). The focus has been put on releasing the
percentage that have been calculated for evaluated the public initial offerings. Several
mention of quotes reflects the market condition and makes the readers aware of the actual
situation. The readers are made understood in plain and simple language about the companies
position related to climate risk disclosure. The main aim of the review is exploring the market
condition on climatic risk. Even the comments that are declared by the financial regulator are
not written in any kind of pun intended a dialogue or having a metaphorical context. The
language is rather plain and simple enough for easy understanding of the readers. The
presentation is very simple and informative. All the information that are provided are
important and have been tried to be laid down with a strong positive connotations so that the

has made it have an account of some of the important information to get is considered as a

On considering the Storming stage in the team management there are many concepts
that one needs to evaluate and culture. As the topic is how one would handle conflict within
team management it must be understood that the stage of Storming is an important concept to
make understood to each individual employee for facilitating productive teamwork. In this
stage, all the team members compete among each other for attaining position and power.
Each and every employee has different kind of opinions and this hampers the development of
the team (Cahn and Abigail 2014). This also leads to serious conflicts within team and in
such situations; the team leader has to take the responsibility to solve all the issues that are
arising. The team members need to have control in their patterns and tones of conversation
and needs to be more assertive for resolving any inconvenience that is not healthy for the
team. While working with a team I would like to handle the conflicts that arise within the
team and listen carefully to all the issues that are the main problem area (McKibben 2017). If
an employee is not able to meet the client’s deadline, then I would like to understand what is
wrong with that particular employee. It there anything genuinely wrong or it is due to some
emotional turmoil that is hampering his speed of work. It the employee is having a poor
attitude and incoherent towards the employees with a significant lack of participation then I
would think about the idea of demotion and punish the associate considering the management
principles that are laid down by the company management.
