schedules and budgets.

Reflection about self-awareness in the
skills mapping and psychometrics
Self awareness related to the skills mapping in technical management came
in me from the work experiences in working with technical equipment,
volunteering in different companies in order to gain the knowledge and also
the college opportunities in developing the projects related to the
information technology. That is why I have gained interest in the technical
management.
