 In the current era, it is mandatory for the
firm to increase their understanding in the
context of Technology adoption among
the Logistics Firm in Malaysia to improve
their existing performance in the least
time. Technology adoption plays an
imperative role in the security of business
in the logistics firms (Ruttan and Thirtle,
2014). Information security is a key
concern every day. Hackers, as well as
thieves, steal the confidential data of
consumers and company proprietary facts
and figures, however, technology can
keep the data of the company. There is
one of key advantageous to business that
it can update and continue to monitor the
data due to digital security. Moreover,
hackers can break off the operation of the
business, creates more cost for the
company and causes businesses to fall
under public scrutiny (Parnreiter, 2015).
Research interest
The interest of researcher to comprehend
the adoption of technology role in
logistics could be mandated to the
research to select this topic like. The
availability of data is another important
factor that enforces to the investigator to
select this topic. There are different
reasons could influence the researcher
named the time, cost, availability of
data, convince to the selection of data,
and importance of the research.

In the current era, most of the logistic organization
does not consider technology in their business
process that makes problem to sustain their position
in the marketplace and obtains higher competitive
benefits. The adoption of the technology could be
costly as compared to the manual process hence it
could be a major issue for the firm to obtain a
reliable outcome (Das and Kapil, 2015).

survey through questionnaire while secondary
