This further illustrates how the information that is supposed to be regarded as private isdrastically shifting towards a negative input in an unconsciously growing global community.Entertainment plays a significant role in undermining our consciousness on our private life, fromBig brother to CCTV to reality shows and celebrity magazines (thanks to the paparazzicommunity). However Social media is the Achilles' heel to our private life, with over a billionFacebook users and more than half a billion Instagram users who are active annually, our privacybecomes obsolete since our information is nakedly available to the masses. Such information iscrucial it may be used maliciously if it's in the wrong hands.The recently concluded American ‘democratic’ election where Donald Trump, anAmerican businessman won the elections, widely suggests that it was not so democratic at all.The election period is filled with controversies and missing gaps that have widely speculated thatAmerican voters’ private information was breached and used to manipulate them for the corepurpose of influencing the election. American voters who use Facebook were microtargeted
