Advancement in technology have transformed the workplace where staff
members can communicate, collaborate as well as connect with other
peoples. In simple term advancement in technology result in increasing
productivity of organisation at worldwide level. This assignment is based
on McDonald's which is an American fast food organisation founded in
1940 and they are serving at worldwide level.

Research technology advancement
As technology is getting advance day by day which help companies
working within business environment in conducting there activities
within effective manner. There are several technology advancement
that can be utilise by McDonald's for improving there product and
services. Explanation of these are as follows :-
• Kiosks and tabletop
• Digital table reservation
• Low temperature long time cooking (LTLT)

Two technological changes
Advancement is technology and there implementation have several
benefits for organisation. There are several but it is not possible for
McDonald's to implement every advance technology they will use
some main which will be beneficial for them. Explanation of these
two technology in relation of McDonald's are as follows :-
 Bluetooth to control HACCAP (hazard and critical control point)
 Automate purchasing tool

Guidance, support and skills development
It is important for McDonald's to guide, support and develop skills of
there individual employees as well as team. So they can work on
advance technology in effective manner and result in generating
revenue. Firstly, human resource manager of respective restaurant have
to provide training and development session to there staff members
because it will result in developing there skills.

Way of overcome barriers
Everything have its some advantages and disadvantages same as
McDonald's will also face several barriers while implementing these
advanced technology. Thus, there are several major steps which
respective restaurant have to take for overcome with the barriers of
technology uses. Thus, first and foremost way through which
technology uses barrier can overcome is continuous observation as well
as guidance which is given by senior manager for conducting activities.

Conclusion
After going through above discussion it has been identified that,
technology is getting advance day by day and it help organisation in
serving better manner. There are several technology such as Kiosks and

cooking (LTLT) which help restaurant in improving there product and
services within better manner.
