Through the utility of the patient to doctors portal the technology has enhanced the use of electronic- medication. Through these portals the patients are able to contact and interact with the doctors via the emails for consultation about the diseaseprogress,toask questionsrequestfor medicationrefillsandalsotorequestfor appointments (Erwin & Brownson, 2017). The technology has helped healthcare- technicians to manage and organize health information and data. These technicians help to organize the clinical data and also get involved in the medical coding. By 2020, there will be a need for more such healthcare managers to keep the health facilities running efficiently and effectively.
