some of the more used and popular digital technologies are virtual reality, Artificial Intelligence,
Machine learning, Augmented Reality, Edge computing, Quantum Computing, 5G, Blockchain
and internet of things (IOT) etc. The topic of our project is Technology in business Operations.
There is a very important effects on operation of business and companies. The size of the
organisation doesn't matter, technology has both demand benefits intangible and tangible.
Technology infrastructure affects the efficiency, culture and relationship of the company. This
also affects the security of trade advantages and confidential information. This project will cover
the importance of technology in operations of the company, how technology in various business

this project will also describe type of company and businesses use these software and business

Technology is very important in business operation in recent times.
 Communication with consumers- Technology affects company's ability to
communicate with consumers. In recent business, the workers interaction with clients is
very crucial. The employees need to be clear and quick in solving any query related to the
company's services or products. The website, helpline consumer care platform helps to
answer every problem within a minute. Fast shipment, product management these all
things are done easily with the help of latest technologies(Bican and Brem, 2020). This
also make strong brand image and better communication within the business and outside
the business.
 Efficiency in Operations- Technology helps business to easily understand the needs of
cash flow and preserved resources such as physical space and time like warehouse
inventory technologies helps the owner of the business to manage the storage of the
goods in a best manner with the precise technology in place, executive or supervisor save
the money and time by conducting meetings over the internet not like traditional
approach holding meetings in corporate headquarters.

world. Technology has changed with time, Technological development is the procedure which

RND and the continuous improvement of technologies this process is very less expensive and at
the end there is diffusion of technologies in society or industry which involves convergence or
