Moreover, the significant role that is attached to technology management function within a given organization majorly aims towards understanding the value of various forms of technology that are associated with the organization itself (Conforto and Amaral 2016). In this modern society, a continuous development of technology has proved to the valuable in as much as there exists some value that is specifically directed to the customers thus issues dealing with technology management function within a given organization should be able to critically evaluate the best time of investing on various aspects of technology development and when to avoid the investment. In as much as technology has brought on board quite several benefits in various organizations, multiple challenges are associated with its management in different organizations thereby hindering the performance of multiple tasks that are geared towards bringing on board various adequate and reliable performance conditions. Moreover, the outdated technological parameters are not capable of performing appropriately in order to keep up with the current trends of what is taking place within the boundaries of the organizations thus making it difficult to manage the technologies within the organization in order to come up with an appropriate and reliable outcome that is required at all times. On the other hand, the use of outdated parameters may at some point fail to function thus making it difficult to carry out quite several operations within the organizations.
