INTRODUCTION

advancement helps out to meet certain inventions in order to develop the products and also to
serve the services so that the customers can be satisfied it helps out the companies to frame their
financial data in a confidential manner and also to get competitive advantages. This report will
cover all the roles and responsibilities that are being needed in the organisation to technologies.
The organisation chosen is Arden University this report will further cover all the information
about the big data and also the measures for the data privacy with the information of cellular data
and its benefit in the business practises.

Evaluation of BIG Data and its role in Arden university with examples of two departments
Big data
It is a group of data through which covers all the exponentially grown numbers that can be
maintained within a time period. It is mainly the larger size of data that helps how to manage all
the complex traditional data through various tools and processes in order to maintain the efficient
work. It are being made of three types they are like unstructured, semi structured and structured
(Jafarzadeh, and et al., 2020).Big data helps out in making effective decision for the business
practises and also helps out to maintain a new opportunities through which advancement in the
business can be helped. As it helps out in storing and also in collecting Important data. Arden
University Keep the tracking of all the important information in the collection of data with the
confidential manner with the help of big data. As big data helps the university to safeguard their
information and also in accessing all the information of their students and employees that are
being relatable to the university.

There are mainly six important characteristics of big data they are velocity, volume,
variability, variety, value and veracity.
Velocity: It helps out to analyse all the high-speed processor with eight seasons that are
being taken in a fast manner so that all the data generation about the health and
infrastructure can be increased efficiently (Wang, and Lin, 2019. ).
Volume: This big data heads out to monitor all the important signs and all the high
technological advancement in areas (Malik, and et al.,2020).
Variability: This V Provides all the important health effects and evolution regarding to
the illness and the health of any several disease with their evolution. This type of data
helps how to maintain the information regarding all the seasonal health issues (Wamba,
and et. al., 2018. ).
Variety: It provides all the unstructured source of data that helps in maintaining the
frequency and also the heterogeneous taxonomies (Sun and et. al., 2018).
Value: This gives a longitudinals studies through which all the relevant data information
with an accurate information can be gathered out (Roberts, Choer Moraes, and Ferguson,
2019).
Veracity: It provides all the data quality through which all the unreliable information
source and the uncontrollable environment solutions can be made (Morris, and et. al.,
2018).
Role of Big data
Big data is being used in all the various sectors whether it maybe banking sector,
education industries, insurance department and all the government areas. As in Arden University
It helps out by keeping all the track of data and information being stored in the form of files is it
too important roles of big data in university is as follows:
Examination department: This department has the role to maintain the score and
performance of each student. Big data helps out in Arden university to track all their
performance of the students in academic sessions and also their scores and all the
improvement in the examination (Rajan, and Dhir, 2020). This also helps in comparing
