INTRODUCTION
The current market is mainly based on the technologies which can maintain the
performance and productivity of the Organization. It is necessary for each and every organization
to follow advanced technologies which can help to improve the market situation of the
organization. Organization needs to conduct some specific training sessions which can help to
improve the skills, knowledge and capabilities of the employees as per the current requirements
of the market. For this report, Arden University will be considered, that is private University in
United Kingdom that established in the year 1990. The motto of this university is “Learning
without Boundaries". The main purpose of this report is to discuss about the role of big data and
key benefits big data. This report also analyzes the IT security and data privacy of the

Basically data is considered as the set of numbers, symbols and characters that mainly
stores & transmitted in an electronic signals form and it also recorded on optical, magnetic and
mechanical media by the use of computers. Big data is containing as the vast collection of the
data which is huge in volume and grow with the time (Chong and Olesen, 2017). This data is
very large size and not easily manageable by the traditional data and its management tools. There
are various ranges of big data considered by the organization such as semi structure, unstructured
data that mainly used for advanced analytics project such as learning & predictive modeling.
Arden University considers big data to maintain the technological operations in their
organization.
