Customers believes in direct investment, not in a leader’s decision. An organization needs an
experienced leader and skilful successor to play the role of CEO and HR. Rising of the digital

they must be a leader. Emerging technology helps to grow a business, individual ability and
public policy get the benefit from the rapid change (Christensen 2013). Meanwhile, the
expectation of the customer is increasing. A customer has more demand and needs from a
company. A leader needs to face these kinds of challenges every day. To produce a
successful leader, organizational managers need to know the emerging trends and how much
it can affect the organization. Business leaders need to understand these emerging trends to
prepare future business leaders. The organizational leader is not capable enough to
understand the complexity of the digital age. Organization needs more skilful leaders. A
leader must build young, agile and digital focused leaders. A CEO of the organization must

always confusion between they need to focus on emerging technologies or they work on
producing more leaders. A digital leader is a new type of leader. They are capable enough to

A leader is always trying to maintain the innovation culture and working on learning
improvement. Risk taking capability and innovation can impact in leadership. Risk taking
capability is one of the most important tasks for leadership culture. Increasing the digital
capabilities of a leader is one of the most important organizational need (Christensen 2013).
Every leader needs to think about the conceptual possibilities in the digital world. They must
think differently and make complex difficulties without wasting time. A leader must react
differently in every situation.
Organizational strategies:
Organizational managers need to create a leadership model that can empower the
young leader by concentrating on innovation, teamwork and growth. Every individual leader
has a dream to be successful in future, but only the goal or dream is not enough for a
successful leader. They need to follow the models to reach the goal.
