Abstract
Telecommunication is a major component of the organization because it offers the communication
between staffs and clients that are improved the organization sales and help to deliver high-quality
product or service to their customer. So Organization success in the market might be dependent on the
management of business telecommunication. Pexa and SUNCORP GROUP organization are explained in
the report. Pexa is an online property exchange network in Australia with less than 500 staffs. Another
side, SUNCORP GROUP is an insurance company in Australia with more than 5000 staffs. Reports are
proper on the Networking elements of these organizations like connectivity, network security, and
resource sharing, so-on.

Introduction
A business organization has a significant part which is known as Telecommunication. It offers
communication between clients and staffs of the business organization. There is a focus on the
telecommunication management, networking management, and communication for the selected
organization. Here, the report will be containing the organization risks, their history, vision, mission,
network security and connectivity, internal IT infrastructure and firewall. Pexa was established in 2010
which works Australia’s online property exchange fields. SUNCORP GROUP is another organization which
is established in 1996 in Australia. It deals with finance, insurance, and banking sector and wants to
improve their work efficiency and engagement impact in the market.
Current system
Background, Visions, Mission of the organization
I have selected two organizations which are Pexa and SUNCORP GROUP. Pexa is a small organization
which has less than 500 staffs and SUNCORP GROUP is a large organization which has more than 5000
staffs. PEXA organization works in the Information Technology sector. It offered Property Exchange
service in Australia. It also offered complete financial settlements and Land Registries. It delivers an e-
Convincing solution in the property industry. It offered their service mainly in the Australian. The
mission of Pexa is to provide 100% digital convincing process in the property industry. The vision of
Pexa is to make fully electronic and digital of the property industry (Vision, Mission and Values, 2018).
They want to work with transparency, integrity, and honesty (PEXA, 2018).
SUNCORP GROUP is an insurance company that gives their service in the banking, insurance, and
finance sector in Australia and New Zealand. It is the largest bank in Australia that is given the loaning
and deposits customer money. It provides their service in the business banking, life insurance,
commercial insurance, CTP (Compulsory Third Party) and general insurance. The mission of SUNCORP
GROUP is to create a better today for their customer, shareholders, stakeholders, communities, and
people. This means they can live well today and make a plan for tomorrow life. The vision of SUNCORP
GROUP is to make the market value of an organization that is beneficial to achieve their scale and
efficiencies (Suncorp,2018).
