This assignment focuses on project management practices and performance evaluation. I conduct research on company and identify
issues.
Further I prepared different aims and
objectives
After preparing aim and objectives I made
a prepared Gantt chart so that all activities
can be framed with time in 2nd week.
 At the 2rd week for collecting the
primary information questionnaire was
constructed.
 In the fourth week all the information
which is collected was analysed with
the use of qualitative techniques.
 To prepare questionnaire and collection
of information is not an easy task but I
tried by best in order to complete all
the activities

1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?

Project was supposed to accomplish in relation to the aim and objective of present research
project that is to evaluate the impact of digital technology on innovation and growth of the
company – A study of Cafe portrait
2. Did the project succeed in its aim/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, project was succeeding in its aim because I got valid outcome of collected data.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g
initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
At starting if face problem in preparing Gantt chart as it was not easy for me to frame it with
time schedule.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
I faced problem in managing work on time and it was improved with the use of time
management strategies.

There are different ways of solving problem which I learned at the time of undertaking project.

I face some issues at the time of carrying out project, so I rate my performance 4 out of 5.
7. What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify?
My strength is that I never get lose confidence due to work pressure while my weakness is that I
cannot solve problem on time.

This will support my continuous professional development with improving my communication
and other skills which I needed in future at the time of working in any organisation.
