It includes solid, liquid and gaseous wastes. This policy will act like the main guide for developing and effective and consistent Recycle Policy forJoondalup Resort. National Environment Protection Council Act 1994: NEPM under this act promotes the reduction of environmental degradation. It encourages the use of recycled products and recycling of packaging materials that have been used before. Waste minimization is the main aim of this Act. Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Regulations 2008: This regulation promotes waste reduction by adopting waste avoidance strategy and promotes the reuse of waste materials.
