When it comes to court maintenance, it was emphasized
during the tennis club meeting that every effort will be
made on the part of the tennis club authorities to keep the
tennis courts free from damage and decay. To this effect,
regular maintenance will be carried out on each and every
one of the tennis courts of the tennis club, with special
efforts being made to identify and to arrive at solutions for
repairing the wear and tear associated with tennis courts.
The club tennis courts are used on almost every day of the
week, so it is more than likely that these will show signs of
damage once in a while. The surveillance team will be on
the lookout for such damages and will make sure that
repairs are carried out as soon as any defect or problem is
noticed. Efforts will also be made on the part of the tennis
club authorities to make sure that the repair work for
damage on tennis courts is carried out over a short period of
time so that play activities are not disrupted as a result of
this. Players will also be duly informed about repair work
being undertaken so that they can plan their gaming
schedules well in advance and organize tennis tournaments
and individual games at a time when repair work is not
regarded as necessary or urgent.

The board decided that the tennis club authorities will actively
undertake fund raising initiatives in order to procure the resources
that are necessary to make the Junior C Griffith Tennis Tournament a
possibility for tennis enthusiasts. The fund raising initiatives will be
conducted through the use of social media channels so as to have a
wide outreach. The tennis club management aims to reach out to the
best possible sponsors by carrying out organized fund raising
campaigns, primarily on social media. Other venues for fund raising
will include shopping malls, schools and colleges, especially in
educational institutions where a substantive portion of the student
populace is interested in partaking in sporting activities such as
tennis.
Enver Eve

5.2 The board decided that fund raising initiatives for the Junior C
Griffith Tennis Tournament will be carried out over a time span of
four to eight months. A significant portion of time will be allocated
to fund raising activities with the hope that a sufficient amount of
resources can be arranged for, in order to make sure that the
tournament actually takes place. It is believed that in the time span of
four to eight months, the tennis club authorities will be able to reach
out to the concerned sponsors and get them to fund part, if not the
whole of the resources estimated for allowing the tournament to
transpire. Special efforts will also be made to reach out to the patrons
of the tennis club as well as to well-known philanthropists in Sydney
in order to procure the funds that are needed for the Junior C Griffith
Tournament. Philanthropists in Sydney it is expected, will contribute
a generous amount of money to sporting activities, given how
popular and important a sport like tennis is, in Sydney and in the
country of Australia as a whole.

7.0 Other business
Some of the other important areas of concern for the tennis club
authorities as discussed in the course of the last meeting is that
efforts will be directed towards the maintenance of tennis equipment.
It is imperative for players to make use of high quality equipment if
they are to engage in a good game of tennis and learn to play like
professionals. Since the tennis club mostly focuses on the training of
youngsters in the game of tennis, it will make all efforts needed to
buy and maintain high quality tennis rackets, balls and other
necessary tennis gear so that players have the best equipment at their
disposal in order to shine on the tennis courts.
Tennis coaching will be made available at a discounted rate to
meritorious tennis players who are faced with difficult circumstances
and who are not able to afford a regular tuition fee. Minor
competitions and matches will be held to determine who it is that is
worthy of a tennis club scholarship.
Efforts will also be made on the part of the tennis club
authorities to hire tennis coaches who are certain to do a thorough job
with their students. For this purpose, the tennis club will look to hire
the best in the business, that is, tennis coaches who are adequately
experiencing and who have been teaching the game for quite some
time now. The tennis club management will try as far as it is
possible, to not compromise on the area of payment in order to make
sure that only the best of the best tennis coaches in Sydney come here
to teach the young tennis enthusiasts at the club how to play a game
of tennis or two.
