1. INTRODUCTION
The content of this report is related to detail study and learning outcome obtained from
the course work of PPMP20008. During the final semester of PPMP20008 I was
assigned to a project team and given some responsibilities accordingly. The final
semester project was all about real time project management practices and its actual
requirement while developing and implementing any project. The project was about
development and implementation of an information system in an imaginary Retail
business store. The project team was assigned by the supervisor and the roles that will

gather and analyse data how those data are gathered and applied are also elaborated
below. Apart from this, the situation occurred during those phases and the ways through
which those situations are all managed elaborated in the report.

reflecting on the situation
While conducting the final
semester project during
PPMP20008, I have realized

should never give up.
Patience is the biggest
weapon to deal with all such
difficulties.
